My 26 year old daughter has meal prepped her lunches for years. Still, thanks for posting.

Some of those people are homeless by choice I spent two years being homeless after the first husband died I can't believe how many wanted to be homeless live off the government that way or something I never understood it and you don't have to meal prep to stop wasting food just man up and do it yourself because not every family is the same
