Of the 3 GBA Castlevania titles, Harmony of Dissonance definitely had the lowest quality audio and music. Even Circle of the Moon which was a launch GBA title released before this game had better quality music.

KH1, CoM, KH2, Days, and BBS were a lot, but if you paid attention you could definitely follow along. Crap really hit the fan with DDD, and time travel. Series hasn’t really recovered since if you ask me.
