The problem I have with modern electronic modules is the inability to get datasheets on many if not most of the chips used. Do you have any resources for automotive chips, the manufactures seem to supply data for the very latest but not the older ones which is what tends to be used in faulty modules.

Had endless problems with these electronic crap they use on modern cars.And if there is a problem then the greediness of us humans come out.For the price of an ecu or even some sensors you can buy a new car.

They use all this electronics for an excuse for emission control.But then they control the price of any electronics and ecu for cars.I have a forty year old car that will still outperform many of todays modern cars.And parts at less than 1 percent that the parts cost on modern engines.We are not going forward we are going backward.And we are been controlled by motor manufacturers that make a lot of crap.We they go racing there cars they limit all these electronic perts because they know it can break.So why use it on our road cars.
