Hey, what kind of sick bastard would sit back watching for 50 years 10's of millions of children get abused by one smelling of alcohol, then abuse them some more for choosing God's creation instead, cannabis in particular? That is what has been happening in America for over 50 years. And crickets from a alcoholic and codependent media. A media that claims recreation, the purpose of which is stress relief, is not essential for good health, thus medicinal, and makes a distinction on national TV saying it is not.

Our state desperately needed Brattleboro Retreat and The Waterbury State Mental Hospital. Just because a financial obligation doesn’t guarantee a large return, doesn’t mean you shut it down when the residents of your state need it the most. When Waterbury was shut down- they gave the discharged patients free bus tickets to Burlington and most of them are still wandering around in the cold streets- plus the new generation of people who struggle with mental health. Vermont needs to set an example and take care of this seriously.

It’s just an enforcement thing. Higher police and police spending, lower crime and safer communities. There’s variance, but nothing else comes remotely close to spending vs safety when bucking comparable communities based on density (less dense cities cannot be compared to more dense cities)

The other problem is there are less and less Doctor's willing to take patients who request a Cannabis Medical card. It is virtually impossible to find a Physician in Vermont to issue Medical Cannabis cards mainly due to Federal grants for their practices. These Physicians are concerned about losing their medical licenses since Cannabis remains a Schedule One drug by the Federal Government.

Vermont can’t even react to the druggies and thieves in their own city nonetheless react to what’s happening a world away. Am I missing something?

When will the politicians face prison time for violating our constitutional rights. I don’t understand what the point of the court system if the politicians unapologetically ignore judge’s rulings. Why is the justice department not enforcing their own rulings. Something isn’t right here!
