"Shake the Disease" è un brano dei Depeche Mode uscito il 29 Aprile 1985 come singolo estratto dalla raccolta "The Singles 81-85". Il progetto iniziale era di inserirlo nell' album "Black Celebration" ma non era stato possibile per motivi discografici...
I could watch Lee Harris play drums all day. So animated and gifted. Paul's bass playing is amazing. Mark's voice is the reason I own all the the vinyl. 🙂

Une chanson de leurs début anodine par rapport à l oeuvre magistrale de Mark Hollis pour Talk Talk puis seul pèrede famille, amoureuxd'une femmeconnu à14 ans, idéaliste, perfectionniste. Vus en concert en 1986 pour mes 17 ans, après leur 3e album....une aura des Cieux, Mark avait le génie d un Robert Smith de Thé Cure et une voix encore meilleure et vibrante, enivrante en concert, du nectar des Dieux. Personne ne contribuera autant au rock progressif tel celui de Radiohead que Sire Hollis dès son 4e album mal reçu car incompris...

@@davidambrose8935 perhaps he means Simons drums which was at the time a famous brand of electronic drum kits. Unquestionably Paul Webb is an incredible bassist and together with the unmatched voice of Mark Hollis and Lee Harris on drums they were unique

Sounds like italo disco here. Actually recorded first 1983 for unreleased "A Chameleon Hour" project and the first recording with Paul Ramacon is a way better than this.

circa 20 anni fa, dopo aver acquistato tutti i loro album, scoprii che non era in nessun LP.... finalmente, con l'arrivo della eccezionale "Asides Besides"....sono riuscito a riascoltarla!!! ....i Talk Talk sarebbero anni luce avanti pure oggi!!!!
