The latest update made it so that the mk challenges (the missions that aren’t like kill the snitch or cleanse the orphans) are not all regularly available. You can still play the ones that are available in the weekly events or go to escalation therapy where you do them exclusively. Besides that you can’t choose to do them whenever you want, but I hope they make an update where you can once you beat the main mission for that map.

I found it quite relaxing XD

Even though it’s the easiest therapy this month, I didn’t do as well as I expected 🫠

@@kazustialYeah, same here. I don’t care that much about completion time when going for no damage runs; it only matters to me when I’m going for A+ speedruns. And since you use the X-Ray, it makes the game harder to speedrun than if you had the Stun or Blind. Despite all this, I find it very impressive that you generally get quick completions without making any mistakes. That is tough to do consistently. And that experiment you did was a nice idea, haha. Wish it had worked 😅

The main reason I don't care about completion time is that this game relies on both skill and RNG. Sometimes I get lucky and breeze through a trial, but other times I run into badly placed traps or can't find the quest items or posters, which ends up costing me a lot of time. Sometimes I also have to experiment a bit 😁

@@kazustial Yeah, exactly. The luck factor can't be ignored, and as such, you can't always get fast completions.

I prefer easier weekly challenges because I just want to relax while playing, but sometimes the harder ones can be a good challenge for creating content 😆, and also as a way to challenge myself.

If they're lucky enough with the RNG, they might be able to do it 🤣

I think calling them imposters when playing solo is kind of funny. An imposter in a team of just one person XD Mimic is actually more accurate.

Every type of Rig has its own effects, some offer better benefits. But if you can take advantage of the strengths of each Rig, there's no such thing as a bad Rig (Unless it's an unupgraded X-Ray Rig XD)

@@kazustial I don’t disagree, and I didn’t really wanna insult X-Ray or its users. Quite the opposite. Funnily enough, it was the very first rig I ever used when I bought the game. I just believe it deserves a lot more love. In terms of this weekly therapy, it was enjoyable, but the psychosurgery difficulty had basically four variators instead of 6 when playing solo, seeing as no radio and no player names don’t actually affect you if you don’t have teammates. Looking forward to the next weekly therapy, which should be VERY interesting, and looking forward to your related video about it 👀 much love

In solo play, since there are no other players, the imposter will always head straight toward you if you're near the area where the imposter emerges from the Monster Closets This means that if an imposter appears just as you leave the area, the impostor will lose track of you and won’t be able to go far beyond the surrounding area (unless you are spotted by the imposter)

I guess you’ll get an A or A-, with the worst-case scenario being a B+ if you don’t collect any posters. It's hard to say. If you don't make any mistakes nor perform any point-boosting actions and also don't collect all three posters, you might get an A. However, if you miss the posters but perform actions that add points, like disarming traps, breaking doors, hitting enemies, using healing items or antidotes, or using a rig, you could still get an A+. On the other hand, if you make a lot of mistakes, like triggering too many sound traps, even collecting all three posters or performing a lot of actions won't guarantee an A+. (The more you repeat a mistake in a trial, the larger the point deduction becomes. However, if you make a variety of mistakes only a few times each, the overall point deduction won’t be as severe) Collecting all three posters gives a lot of points, so if you make few mistakes, you can still achieve an A+ without needing extra points from other actions.

@@kazustial thanks for the info, still a new player and right now i try to focus more on finishing the maps fast (without going berserk) and use the Healing Rig...once i get to know the maps better,i will probaly switch to the x-ray one and go after the Collectibles.

I think Toxic Shock is much harder because I have to find a place to hide when the poison gas is about to appear. This means I have to time each action precisely (especially for the Trial Pervert the Futterman, where I need to place the boxes on the conveyor belt). With Hemorrhage, it's just about not getting hit, like with other weekly therapies (if you don't get hit, you don't bleed XD). P.S: I had to set up a countdown timer in front of me while playing Toxic Shock 🤣🤣.

This special event isn't permanent, guess they'll replace it with another weekly event tomorrow.

@@say_official_ty The main quest now is probably Program Genesis. Complete it and then get the final quest, 'Reagent Release,' from the guard sitting behind the glass, opposite the Terminal. That's what I remember XD

Yes, I feel that the old version was simpler and easier to use. However, the new update version is more visually appealing

@@kazustial Also I feel like there are less Trials? Or are they available just somewhere else? Like the other Trials for certain areas, it feels like in the new update it’s only 1-2 per area

When you complete everything, the game doesn't force you to finish the final trial, aka 'reborn/rebirth.' You can choose 'rebirth' freely. When you complete 'rebirth,' the game lets you play with your old character without losing any upgrades. Basically, after finishing everything, you can still replay it all

May i know why? All the trials are messed up in their own way so it's curious and interresting know why some people think some are way worst that the others.

​@@AuroraWhite28 It has to do with the way the violence is shown and the way the victims act. All four men in the Docks Trial seem to be dismissed reagents, which makes them more sympathetic than the witnesses, "Jesus" or Toy Futterman. Especially the latter seems to be clearly unwell, just like the rest of the Ex-Pops. Bootleg Futterman (from the Drill the Futterman MK challenge) might not be a reagent, but his VA did a great job of making him sound so damn childlike and scared all the time that I can't help but feel sorry for the guy. While the judge and the snitch are aware and afraid of their situation on account of having been reagents, they do curse players from time to time. Most importantly however, their deaths--like so many in Outlast--are so over the top that they become almost comedic. There is nothing funny whatsoever about watching (or listening to) a restrained man's futile attempt at dodging the drill that's about to kill him, or the helpless struggle of bound limbs attached to an opened ribcage. These deaths are different. Neither a Tesla coil, nor industrial or hand-operated Saw traps can compare to the simplistic brutality of a drill through the spine or a buzzsaw through the chest. __________________________________________________ (in response to @AuroraWhite28: "May i know why? If that’s so (PC only, If you're using a console, unfortunately, there's no way to change the FOV) Press your Windows key + R Enter %localappdata% into the menu that just appeared Now you need to follow this path "AppData\Local\OPP\Saved\Config\WindowsClient" In WindowsClient find the file name "Game.ini" open and edit it (you can use notepad to edit that file) When you are Inside the Game.ini coppy this lines in there: [/script/opp.rbsettings_gameplay] DefaultFOV=yourfov AimingFOV=yourfov Edit "yourfov" with the number you want. Mine is 110 so it should be like this: [/script/opp.rbsettings_gameplay] DefaultFOV=110 AimingFOV=110 Note: Default fov is 90
