The fun thing about Madara is that in an interview with the author he said that he ended up making Madara so strong and unbeatable that the only logical thing that he could use to stop him was backstabbing and sabotage.

I'm curious since you don't consider Zou an arc do you consider post ennies lobby arc and the post war arc arcs? If we go off the template that each arc is always arrival of the strawhats/luffy on an island. Then for post ennies lobby they came from Ennies lobby back to water 7. For post war Luffy came from Marineford back to Amazon Lily.

This time I didnt mind the non character death because they had an interesting reason why. Even when they showed Jack getting hit by the elephant they show him having pointy teeth maybe revealing he's a Fishman.

So I want to tell you a theory that I heard from the youtuber Drawk Show. We have seen some strange humans in those world. Mostly some very large humans and some humans that look like animals. What if some of these had Giant and or Minks genetics in their family tree. Super tall people could have a giant Ancestors. Humans that have animal traits or look like animals could have Minks ancestors.

Ive made the point before that in this world if you're old than there's a reason for it, nothing has been able to kill you yet. This in itself invites a degree of badass-ness. For the most part though, the older generations have had to live through war times and are more or less more ruthless. The newer generation has lived through peace time and due to that just a bit softer.

I very much disagree with you on the magic being the issue. In every story with magic of course the world would be better without. You said Doflamingo wouldn't become powerful without it. The real world has tyrants and dictators, they don't have powers. Who can we blame though. Maybe there being one government controlling the entire world. It's funny that one of the few times all the strawhats were fighting together was with a bunch of bugs. To put it into perspective the last time I can remember where they do this is against Sabaody Archipelago against Kuma.

Like people have said the first half mirrors the second half. Robin is leaving the strawhats and refusing any help from them. Robin is going to prison. Sanji is leaving the strawhats and refusing any help from them. Sanji is getting married(which some consider prison).
