Mk11 Sub zero and Strike force Skorpion are S tier characters but there is no sinergy except of savings from SF Skorpion towards Sub zero on the other hand M11 Skarlet is trash so u should replace her with character who is boosting Sub zero and Skorpion.

Its because you are playing the easy modes. You can see that your health is about 2x of the enemy. In the upper stages of a tower your health is 1/40th of the enemy and they have special abilities. Elder and Fatal faction wars gets pretty hard as well at times.
