For one, at the start you're literally playing the universally agreed upon worst character in the entire game, pretty much the ONLY character everyone agrees is unplayable because of how bad she is. Psylock is much better but doesnt seem to be compatible with you. And 2, you seem to have a slower response time (granted it could very well just be because you're new to the game which is totally fine idk for sure idk you i just see this short clip youve given us), which isnt the end of the world, but black widow is designed to be a fast paced hero to keep up with the flanks that will try to jump her, and save for Spider man and maybe Black Panther, Psylock is literally the fastest character in the game in terms of how fast you need to process whats going on and adapt to the changes in the fight, shes literally an assassin she's gotta ve quick, her whole kit is get in quick, speed burst down a backline, and then get out quick so you dont die. I would recommend trying a few different characters: if you want to vanguard, pull out Dr Strange and shield spam, or my personal suggestion would be try Peni, she favors a slow play style and specializes in locking areas down which gives big advantages to your wntire team. If you want to play heals, I'd first recommend Cloak and Dagger, very straightforward healing easy to get into, not the greatest but a low skill bar for entry, if you dont like cloak and dagger though you can try either Jeff or Rocket, both should work nicely for you. And for damage I'd try Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, or Punisher and just lob damage directly into the team fights. Literally any of the heros i just mentioned should do better for you than the one you're playing now, goodluck man, hope this helps
