Hello everyone I welcome you all into my UA-cam channel. Hi My name is Paul ki I'm a New Zealand butcher 20 years of experience. All my time I have been only working mostly in a busy supermarkets. Breaking down pigs, beef, lamb and goat on band saw and cut them into primal cuts. I hope you'll enjoy all my videos. Maybe I missed it but.... you left it in the 200 degree Celsius oven for how long?
1 hour and half time of cooking, but depending on the weight of your Pork Belly, my Pork Belly weighted 2.5kg. Hope this helped you out if you have any other questions on my other videos feel free to ask do not hesitate thank you.
