    Maybe I missed it but.... you left it in the 200 degree Celsius oven for how long?

      1 hour and half time of cooking, but depending on the weight of your Pork Belly, my Pork Belly weighted 2.5kg. Hope this helped you out if you have any other questions on my other videos feel free to ask do not hesitate thank you.
