Beautiful song and lyrics. Also sung by a Group in an Album called, "He is Lord" which to me is beyond beautiful. The modern songs are nothing in comparison to these songs, although there are a few good ones with songs rich in Scripture!!!

Murray was unique. He didn't play in Tommy Dorsey's style at all. Nobody ever sounded like him . Genius musician. Played alto sax as well.

Not my favorite lp but my favorite John Fischer song. His best pop lp is Between the Answers. I played this on the radio back in my FM radio days.

Fabulous album!

I grew up listening to this recording in the car with my dad Jim (the bassist and producer of the album.) it was our daily soundtrack on our ride to lunch at Shorty’s Mexican Roadhouse in Manchester NH. He passed away 3 years ago so it’s especially touching to hear this again here.
