Real Estate prices are very different from owners prices , I knew an old man who loved drinking , his sons left him alone and was gonna sell me a property for 3,000 $ but I spoke to someone related to his family to help the poor man, I couldn't do such thing to take advange of that poor elder. I felt good after rejecting his offer 🙏.
