Hi, if you already have a Japan Visa, no need for bank statement na cguro. Pero if u are going to apply plang ng Japan visa, you need to show proof of financial capacity which includes bank statement, COE etc... plus, if you are going to shoulder all finances of your siblings and mom, you need to provide guarantee letter which states na ikaw ang magsshoulder ng expenses nila abroad.
