Objective idealism is that brand of idealism that hinges on empiral data beyond what is just thought, experienced and believed by an individual. Example: One believes that Philippines will progress simply because empirical data are pointing and supporting such belief. Ang subjective idealism naman is that of idealism which pushes an individual to remain steadfast in believing a thing to be true all because of their lived experiences and those of the resulting thoughts over their lived experiences. Example: 'Yung mga namamanata sa Itim na Nazareno sa Quiapo, bakit sila naniniwala dahil based on their own experience of pamamanata gumaling (healed) sila after doing their 'pamamanata'.

Example of real-life scenarios for existentialism can be those of non-reliance to pre-existing narratives of some religious texts as to what life ought to be. As an existentialist, you discover meanings of life as they unfold; also as mentioned in the video, you hold individuals as the true actors and giver of meanings. Not abstract institutions.

Another concrete example: Existence precedes essence. Ibig sabihin, the very nature of existence of the person is what determine the meanings of things. Not those written nor spoken by those of the others. Meanings and nature of things are relative and dependent to the experienced existence. On existence preceeding essence, a good example can be kung gusto mong malaman ang meaning at pakiramdam ng maging magulang, dapat maging magulang ka din muna. It is from your very existence as a parent that you'll come to know the essence (kahulugan and saysay) ng pagiging magulang

There were already concrete examples mentioned in the clip where analytic tradition applies, Felix. Again, in analytic tradition ehat is being explained is yung unang kahalagahan na alam mo yung language ng mga tao para maintindihan and madiskubre ang mga katotohanan tungkol sa kanila. One cannot fully understood the truth about Americans if one is a speaker of another language. Why? Because languages are carriers not only of cultures but also of 'realities' about people.

@@pauldondoy2045 Thanks, too Paul ♥ Basta ganun lang sa analytic tradition. Ang dapat unang-unang aralin para maunawaan ang isang bagay (at ang mga totoo tungkol sa mga bagay-bagay) ay wika. Pag di mo alam ang wika ng mga taong involved sa isang pangyayari, mahirap mong malaman kung ano ang totoo tungkol sa isang pangyayari o kahit sa kaso ng mga paniniwala.
