@@Tactical_forge_armaments you’ll be able to get them through the 20th anniversary event in November. It will either be purchased with event currency or through doing BRD Raid, I don’t know which for certain though.

@@dengo6716 it is a big part of herald it just falls low on the list when it comes to damage/healing. Doesn’t mean not to use it, you should. I just found everything above it on the prio list to do more damage/healing. A lot of heralds benefit comes from wings, holy prism is a nice little side add.

@@martincerveny5156 sure thing! So you do have Ice Strike in ST for raid. In M+ when fighting bosses you will move Fire Nova down the priority list to after Stormstrike. It’s equivalent to using Stormstrike though. You want to make sure you have Ascension going into the boss fight. A lot of single target damage will come from Lightning Bolts with 8-10 maelstrom and tempest. You want to really capitalize on Hot Hands procs as well with Lava Lash and Lava Lash weave. Which means you will use Lava Lash after ever ability cast until Hot Hands is gone. Lava Lash is a lot of the ST damage. And make sure to keep Feral Spirits and Primordial Wave on CD! I’ll typically do 300-400k by doing this with 580 item level. Also depends how long the boss lives because sims say I should be doing 600k on a 5min fight. Your damage breakdown for top three should go 1. Lightning Bolt 2. Tempest 3. Lava Lash Your single target in M+ will always be lower than your AoE. As you get more haste though you will also get more maelstrom stacks from auto attacks which means more Lightning Bolts. You could run Ice Strike but it doesn’t play into the build well imo. Pres evoker and resto shammy are insane right now! Mist is also pretty nuts. There are moments where I feel your pain on trying to push bars though. Usually I align those moments with Wings, Virtue, Holy Light buffed and Divine Toll. Even a holy prism sometimes. I've found that to be a good way to push bars up quickly. Knowing when that damage is coming out as well allows us to prevent it even further with Aura Mastery. Building holy power and pumping Eternal Flame/WoG gets you there, but once we have more haste and crit we should feel this pain far less.

Hey my boy frost, this is a different build then what you will see on sites like WoWHead. All the information I provide was from my own experience with the build along side the Holy Pally I follow who is top ranked in NA, Ellesmere. Lights Martyr brings a huge amount of initial healing back Holy Shock (which I love) and honestly if you are dealing damage and paying attention to yourself the shield absorb will really never get out of hand. As always play the build you feel most comfortable with but I do encourage you to try this one out :) Good luck and have fun!

I don't find the healing absorb to be cumbersome at all yet. Might change with tier sets. I'd rather have my shocks pack more punch in M+ settings. You can deal with the absorb whenever you like and however you like. Eternal flame/ truth prevails will also wittle it down. Does it becomes unbearable at higher ilvls and crit %?

@@rinkomarkulj5137 Hot Hand prios slot into the same spot as lava lash on the list. Right after spending maelstrom. This time around though if your maelstrom is fully refunded you spend it and don’t worry about weaving lava lash perfectly. Let me know if have anymore questions!

That can happen especially right now with encounters lasting seconds. As you gain more haste you should experience this far less.

@@slickftw the 30% damage reduction on a 2min cooldown for anyone is HUGE. Give it to your tank during a huge pull or tank busters. Give it to a DPS when they have a big dot or one shot mechanic on them and bang they live. Even if you just give it to the tank on cooldown it’s far better than not using it at all. May not sound like a lot of damage reduction but it can mean life or death for someone a lot. Especially those DPS who can’t hit a defensive 🤣😉

@@YaBoySquintsis it 30% damage reduction or is it just 30% damage redirection? Since you take 100% of the damage. With a tank it’s barely noticeable damage but you take a ton of damage.

@@slickftw it’s technically both and you’re only taking the 30% of the damage you’re reducing. So if they’re hit for 100 you take 30 damage. If it’s ever too much damage you can bubble and take zero damage during the buff. It also will never kill you, the buff ends as soon as you hit 20% life. Which has never happened to me personally. I barely notice the damage I take it from it, usually something a few holyshock or word of glory solves.

Sac increases the tank's effective health with a sizeable portion of your own. This means that the mob has to chew through not only the tanks whole health bar, but also a chunk of yours. If we squint a bit, The brew stagger mechanic just redirects the damage to x seconds in the future, it doesn't mitigate any DMG at all (they can clear only a portion afterwards) but it's considered one of the strongest tank mechanics in the game for a similar reason!

@@szymonterech7602 TLDR Damage dealt, every stack increases damage dealt. The only time using spenders with lower than 8-10 maelstrom is when playing Stormbringer when you have Arcdischarge buff since it increases chain lightning damage by 40%. Or when you are playing totemic in AOE it’s okay to throw out chains with 5 or more. The reason you always want 8-10 and ideally 10 when using tempest is damage. Every stack increases damage and while playing Stormbringer for example spending on 8-10 is far more damage than at 5 (unless it’s chain for arcdischarge) and the same amount of time goes towards getting tempest back and spending that 40 maelstrom.

@@lucapielli3768 correct don’t spend and hold it. You will naturally gain it from auto attacks and Windfury weapon. Either wait for another ability to come off CD or fill with Flameshock, Crashlighting/Sundering in M+ or even drop a healing stream totem.

today is my first day working on enhancement, watched your guide a few times this morning and have been running dungeons all day, and unless I'm missing something, I am not maxed on MW with just crash LL wolf unless you wait a couple GCDS for the wolves to get going which seems like a waste to me and it feels a lot better to go nova which insta maxes and then LB, but as I said I'm a complete enh noob, just what I've been feeling today

@@TheRealDigitalDecaf with auto attack procs being random you may not. It also depends on the size of the pull. Smaller pulls like 3 mobs you will generate less maelstrom with the opener and need the fire nova. That’s why I placed it in that order. Getting wolves out quickly will help slightly with the maelstrom generation but using fire nova to get to that lightning bolt is totally fine and normal!
