Unfortunately that oak frame from 1883 isn’t up there anymore as it was old and rotten and a death watch beetle got to it

The pub was never under any threat of going in the river as we made it all safe back in the summer. The gas tank looked a bit precarious at one point, so we used some gabian baskets to support the soil under it.The new wall is finished now. Did the last concrete pour on Wednesday. At the moment we are placing in gabian baskets and back filling. Once the back fill is complete the patio, fencing and all the nice stuff can be put down.
