Who needs expensive service repair people when we have generous people like you putting videos out. This video directly answered my questions. I’ve also kept my dryer working for 18 years now by UA-cam videos whenever there was an issue. Thanks again for your time and the great video!
I have same washer but problem with vibrations during spin. This unit is same as maytag and worst running machine. I have 16yr old affinity/ electrolux that runs better. Quality of the parts for this whirlpool model is really bad. From bad shocks, striped screws to defective spings, valves.....etc. Whirlpool came out 2 times in 6 months and never repaired unit and parts were near impossible to get until warranty expired. Lots od production and parts problem.....thanks for trying to help others.....
My current LO FL issue is intermittent. It only happens sometimes, and it doesn't matter what wash settings I select. It's making it difficult to diagnose which part is faulty. Is that consistent with what you were experiencing as well?
Thank you so much for going over so many issues that cause the FL Lo error code. Im a single mom of 2…so I try to figure it out myself (first). This is the best video I’ve seen. I’m excited to go check out some of the things you pointed out. Hopefully I can fix it and it saves me money. I’m getting ready to pop the top and work on it now. I’ll update you if I do figure it out.
I was washing towels, did not have any hot water entering the wash tub. Troubleshoot it from the water inlet, to the soap dispenser. Swapped hot water inlet to cold, water flowed
Dude, you are a money saver! I also had a FL Lo error code in my exact model whirlpool washer. First I started by taking off the water supply hoses and found the rubber washer disintegrated and plugged the cold water intake screen. I cleaned them and replaced the hoses and hooked it back up. It worked fine for about a week and then the FL Lo error started again. Thankfully I found your video and did everything you said to do. I switched the hoses to see if my solenoid was bad. As it turns out, I had the cold and hot water hoses mixed up. Now the machine works perfectly. Thank you for making this informative video. Guys like you are the only reason I still have a use for youtube.
Agreed. Had one for ten years. Ran it every day had one problem. Got a new machine recently. Had to replace it in two years. Now the new one is acting up one year later. What a piece of sh*t!
I was able to find both the hot and cold switches and replace both of them! Thank you so much for this helpful video! All I had to do was replace both switches and it seems like it's doing its full cycle without getting stuck on LO FL! You are da man thank you so much! It's works! Confirmed! Thank you thank you!
I have the same machine with Lo Fl code the water valve clicks so im assuming it works, also no leakes on the hose, it starts the cycle normal, but at around 7mins left of the cycle it stops, and throws Lo Fl code again. Anyone might know why?
The solenoids could be going bad.. and if it’s happening later in the cycle, check the pressure hose on side of the drum- it may have a small leak in it. I went a step further and cleaned the pump out- come to find out, there was a sock, and a dime in the pump 😮
I have the exact same machine with the same problem was about to call a tech out then saw this vid. Thank you!!! Btw do you know how to adjust the water level valve?
these cant be adjusted as its the digital; pressure sensor no adjustment screw also what I would like to know if there is a flow restrictor behind the filter mesh in the valve
@@BrandonTobiasKingT IDK about the flow restrictor, but you just saved me another headache again by telling me about the digital sensor for water level rather than the traditional adjustment screw. Lol man I was about to tear the machine down looking for that thing 🤣
@@vereen70 when you change the water valve pull out the mesh if you see another item in there there is a flow restrictor ... WP stopped the manual sense a while mine is a 2012 model and that had the electronic verson also

Helpful video.
Hello, do you know how to increase the water level on this model?
Have the same issue with my Maytag.

How did it go?
I have been looking for this information for weeks!!!! Couldn't find a tutorial for this specific washer. Thank you soooo much!
Glad I could help!
How did you know that the hot water was not working? You said you switched the hoses and found out, but I did not understand how you figured that out

My pleasure!!
Did you test the solenoid??? Or how did you know it was the solenoid?
I listened to see it water was flowing through the valve- since no water was flowing, the solenoid didn’t open to allow water to flow.
Great commentary easy to follow
Good video, thank you for sharing what you learned
How can I find out which component i need to replace based on the LO FL error code, I get that code every cycle now, the inlet filters are clean.

Whats the part numbers for cold and hot
I left the machines in the home when I sold it. You should be able to find it on Amazon and Whirlpool parts website. I hope this will help.
Thank you great video god blessed
I've had problems with this washer from day one. Your video helped me all the way through thank you so much.
Great to hear!
Did you purchase it new and call for service?

Ok will do. I have put that washer set in storage. I will make a video on setting up/ cleaning process once I move into new home
I have the same washer but the error code is F6E2. Do you know what that mean?
I believe it must be the pump that drains the water out of the tub. I'll triple-check and get back to you
Thanks
Hi Commodore. I hope all is well. Just a friendly reminder that today is the deadline for resolving the balance due for our closing issues.
Thank you for your help good sir
I can hear mine solenoid clicking can it still be the problem? Where can I buy the filters at?
You can buy the filters at any Big Box stores, i.e Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart
So Fl Lo code is the same As Lo Fl?
Yes, It should be the same code.
I got same problem!! I'll try following your video that is very helpful !!

I need a cold water solenoid replacement for this exact model. Can you help me find the one? Can't seem to find it.
If you take the lid off the, you’ll see the part number
So just replacing that one part makes the code go away?
This is the the most common issue to get rid of the code.
