Hi Hammond, thanks for playing this appropriate Hymn to remember all of those lost on Veteran's Day. Always great to hear this famous organ at West Point Academy. I saw a video awhile back of a lady, that had a Doctorate in Music, playing the song "Flight of a Bumble Bee" on this particular Organ. That was really amazing to hear and watch. Happy Veteran's Day Hammond and take care until next video.

Tune is also known as "The Londonderry Air".

Many, many years ago my Dad tuned the piano at chuch. I came along usually and one time Mrs. Crihst, the organist got there about the time Dad finished up. I was about 5 I think and she asked if I'd like her to play me a song. I said Yes Please, and she played this for me and really pulled out the stops! That has been a dearly treasured me all these years and is still a top favorite on the pipe organ.

Hi Hammond, I don't think that I have heard this song before. It has kind of a lilting tone and melody to it. I lived in Downtown Chicago, IL for awhile and they used to have Indian band Street performers and they had a Pan Flute as part of it. That Organ setting sounded pretty similar. Congratulations on attaining your goal of having such a beautiful Allen Organ in your home.

Hi, great to see this new video. This looks like a new Organ you haven't played on before. Whoever owns this Organ is very fortunate to have such an organ in their home. At least it looks like the inside of a living room. Really enjoyed the ending with the Full Organ sound.

From a fellow Hammond home organist, I play my organ almost daily. Got into playing the organ over a year ago in February with a Hammond H-140.

What an experience to play the mighty Davis organ again! I’d absolutely love the opportunity to have a go at it one day. I’ve been recently trying to visit some of the pipe organs in Edmonton (my area). Great rendition of this wonderful Easter tune!
