I really connect with your personal experience. I would love to hear more about your journey after your diagnosis. After mine, I changed my life, left my toxic partner, quit vaping, went back to my roots of loving to exercise, and eating healthy. I was in a dark place and my diagnosis pushed me out of it. Thanks for now being a part of my journey, the information you provide is truly invaluable.
Thank you !!

Absolutely love your content and the information you bring to the world! It's time to stop the shame cycle around menstruation and give women what they really need to know about themselves and their bodies❤
I discovered this podcast through the giveaway, and since I'm really interested in the topic, I started listening right away. The episode resonated with me on a personal level because I've been struggling with extreme fatigue for quite some time. It often feels like I'm trying to do too much-I want to do it all, but I find myself running on empty. It's hard to watch my boyfriend have the energy for friends, sports, and a full-time job while I struggle to keep up. I also spend a lot of time in my head, overthinking things. Right before my period, I often find myself in a crisis. Whether it's worrying that I need to exercise more, that my teeth are too yellow and need bleaching, or that I should be more productive. It feels like I'm working against myself. This episode of the podcast quickly became my favorite because it addresses that inner voice that often doesn't serve me well. I really appreciated how the episode acknowledged that our mindset is heavily influenced by our hormones, and that this voice can be changed. This is something I really want to learn more about and improve on. One suggestion I have is to include the sources used to make the episode in the description box. This would help me dive deeper into the topic and even use them for related research I'm considering.
Thank you for doing this. I found you on instagram and I directly followed you, because the way you talked about our menstrual cycle was very interesting. I have hormonal imbalance and I struggle with irregular periods, acne and all the things which comes with such an issue. So your content really helps me to understand what I have to do. I love watching your podcast or your stories on instagram. I am already using your cycle template and I recognised so many things in each phase, which I didn’t even saw before. 💕🫶🏽
Knowledge is so powerful. I have struggled with PCOS and PMDD for the last few years and only in the last year I am beginning to understand what I can do to lessen my symptoms and work with my body. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for this - supporting the message that our body is working for and with us. Often the opposite is shared and believed. This is especially the case when you are taken on a rollercoaster of emotions every cycle.
Thank you for breaking down information about the menstrual cycle in such an understandable way. I've learned a lot from your videos! I have a question about determining the first day of the cycle. You mentioned it's typically the first day of considerable bleeding. However, I'm using a copper IUD, which affects my period. I now bleed for 8-11 days, with the first 3 days being very light and gradually increasing. Given this pattern, I'm unsure which day to consider as the start of my cycle. Could you provide guidance on how to determine the first day of the cycle when using contraception that alters bleeding patterns?
More women need to hear this.
I’m loving getting to know more about my cycle. Thank you❤️❤️
Having my period for past +25 years and didn't get simple yet complete explanation how hormones changes through cycle until today. Revelation! This should have been a part of elemental biology in schools
Super valuable content as always! I've learned so much from you since following your IG account. Your advice has helped me get my period back, and now I'm working on having shorter cycles. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and making such a positive impact on my health journey as a woman! I would love to join the course and deepen my knowledge.
I had to take note. Learning how to track and honor our cycle with our habits is beautiful. Thank you so much :)
ahh I'm so glad I found your ig page and this podcast. I've been struggling with PMS basically my whole life with knowing so little about it. I feel like with understanding what is actually happening in the body it will come so much easier for me to become more accepting and empathetic towards it be grateful that is doing so much for me every single day ❤
Thank you for spreading all this knowledge, it’s very helpful and makes it easier to understand myself!
