Hi, do you mean the 'Powered by Systeme' badge in the bottom right corner of the page? If you're on the free Systeme plan, that badge is shown on all pages and can't be hidden. If you want to hide it, you need one of the paid Systeme plans.

That's correct, but these regulations come from Google and Yahoo to enforce proper email authentication and deliverability best practices: support.google.com/mail/answer/81126 and they were introduced in early 2024. That's why platforms like Systeme - and most likely many others - have to comply in order to protect deliverability.

Hi! Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with WordPress, but from what I just read, that could probably be done with WPCode. In its feature list it says "Simple to insert header and footer scripts globally", which would mean that the code snippet for the popup would only have to be added once for all pages. Maybe someone else here knows better how to do this or has another idea.

I haven't tried it but there may be two options for this: 1) You create two order forms that both give access to the same resource, i.e. the community. On one order form you set the price plan to $0 and set the 'Sales limit' to 10 (it's the 4th rown on the order form settings). Once that limit has been reached, you choose the incoming traffic to be redirected to the second order form that has the price plan of your monthly subscription. 2) You could use a coupon code and set the usage limit to 10. So the first 10 people who enter the coupon code on your order form will get free access ($0/month). After that, the coupon is invalid and won't work any longer, so people have to purchase the regular subscription.

That's a good point that I just had to double-check with the Systeme support. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to set up an inline thank you page. The only options that we can choose in the button settings of the form are 'to the next step' / 'to a custom URL' / 'no redirection'. So it would be possible to add a thank you page as the next step in the funnel (or link to any other, external page), but that would be a full page, not an inline thank you page. And if 'no redirection' is selected, then there won't be any visible 'thank you' confirmation after the opt-in on the form. I'm going to submit this as a feature request. It will take a while until the team approves new entries so that we users can then upvote the idea on the Systeme roadmap page here: roadmap.systeme.io/

@@smartsucceeder thankyou so much for going the extra mile on that one! I ended up going with next step that leads to a thankyou page and adding a button for user to click back onto my website. Yes it's definitely a feature that is needed. The user needs confirmation they've submitted their email, but shouldn't be taken off our websites :-)

Yes, you can add a 2-column row and put the email field in the left column, for example, and the button in the right column. You can place the elements as you like by adjusting the margin and padding settings of the row and both elements.

The number of email campaigns you can set up depends on the Systeme plan. With the free plan, it's 1 email campaign, with the 'Startup' plan it's 10, with the 'Webinar' plan 100 campaigns, and with the 'Unlimited' plan, it's unlimited. You can find all the details on the Systeme Pricing page.

Thanks for watching! This is currently not possible, unfortunately. The password protection only works for courses and communities on Systeme. Password-protecting certain blog posts is basically the concept of a paywall, and Systeme doesn't offer this (yet?). However, I have just submitted a feature request for this on Systeme's roadmap portal because it's not the first time I get this question. Let's see if this feature will be implemented at some point.

Hi, I can only speak for myself, but the deliverability has been excellent so far. One thing to mention is that until earlier this year, it was possible to use most free and private email addresses to send out emails through Systeme. This is no longer possible, mainly due to new rules set by Google and Yahoo. Now, it's mandatory to authenticate your own domain with Systeme and verify your sender address so the platform can protect deliverability. They also have precautions in place for new users, meaning you can't just get a new Systeme account, verify a domain, and then immediately send out thousands of messages. Hi, do you mean embedding the Cal calendar in a Systeme popup? I'd have to test that to figure out if and how it works because of the size of a Systeme popup. In principle, this would be the first option of an 'inline embed', and adding the 'Raw HTML' element to the Systeme popup instead of adding it to the page. I'm not sure, but I'll see that I can test it. Alternatively, the third option I show from 3:30 is the 'pop up via element click' method, which opens the Cal calendar popup after clicking a button. But you also see that the form changes its size during the process of creating a booking, and that's why I'm not sure if a script like this can be embedded in a normal Systeme popup. Also the second option (from 2:27) opens in a popup after clicking that floating button on the page.

Yes, it's kind of possible. However, as there is no shopping cart feature on Systeme like on a 'normal' e-commerce website, the best option would probably be that you create upsell pages in your funnel so that people can buy additional products when they go through your funnel. You can also add an 'order bump' to the order form page. With this approach you could sell more than one product. If your products are all online courses built on Systeme, you can use the 'course bundle' feature to sell different courses at once. I also had another idea, but that one doesn't work (currently). On an order form page we can add multiple price plans. Those are intended to be used for different price options of the same product (e.g. one-time payment and payments in installments), but not to offer different products. It is possible, but it doesn't work because there is currently no option to add any tags to these different price/product options, and therefore there's no option to automatically differentiate which of the products has been purchased, and this in turn means that there's no option to add any resources, trigger rules or workflows. This features is listed in the Systeme roadmap and planned to be implemented at some point. Thank you! 🙏 But basically, a button is nothing else than a link with some added CSS style, which makes it a button. Therefore, I think you can take the following approach: 1) Create a popup form as shown from 6:14. Disable any settings on exit intent or timers so that the pop-up only appears when triggered by the user, i.e. by clicking a link. 2) Use the 'create a link' option as shown from 8:48. Copy that code and paste it in the editor on your WP page. This adds the link to your Systeme popup onto your WP page. 3) Now, to turn this link into a button on your WP page, you also need to add a CSS style to the class of the link - also in the WP editor. At 9:04 in the video, you see that the class of my example link is 'systeme-show-popup-828168'. So this means that you would need to add something like this to turn the link into a button: link.niavimi.com/CSS-Button-WP Replace the class name in line 2 with yours and play around with the CSS settings. Hi, I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, but do you mean that you want to add the login / password form to another landing page? That is not possible because these login and set password / forgot password pages are system pages that can only be changed in the domain settings as shown in the video.

Got it. Yes, that's possible. Just add a button and in the button settings choose 'Open URL'. Then use the following path: yourdomain/dashboard/en/login - Replace [yourdomain] with the domain or subdomain you designed the login page for. Also, you might have to change that [en] part if your blog hasn't been set up in English. Please let me know if it works!

If you've used other website / funnel builders (ClickFunnels, Builderall, Wix, etc.) before, Systeme won't be that much different. It's quite easy to use and you can also go through the 'Systeme io certification', which is basically a free tutorial / course by Systeme with 29 videos that shows you how to use the platform. It's responsive and you can define and change the design of your pages independently for mobile and desktop by switching the page editor from desktop to mobile view. As for SEO, you can define 6 elements for each page (title, description, keywords, author, social image, show/hide from search engines): help.systeme.io/article/510-what-is-the-search-engine-optimisation-seo-part-for - It works fine but I'd say you have more options in WordPress with all the available SEO plugins.

If you want to customize the look of your course even more, you can enter custom code at the bottom of the same course settings page. I recently found this tool here called SioSnippets that does exactly that: link.niavimi.com/sio-snippets - It lets you customize different things and then you just copy that code and paste it into your Systeme account/pages/courses... It looks great but I haven't tried it yet.

That's a great question. I've done some tests but unfortunately, Systeme does not (yet?) offer that option to easily tally survey scores. For very short surveys of maybe up to 2 or 3 questions with up to 3 answers each, it would basically be possible to build an automation workflow manually, but it's very cumbersome. Example: Let's say you have a survey with 3 questions and each question has 3 answers. For simplicity's sake, let's say that all answers 1 are 1 point, all answers 2 are 2 points, and all answers 3 are 3 points. So the total score can be anywhere from 3 to 9 points. To set this all up, you would need to define 9 tags for each of the possible options, so e.g.: q1a1, q1a2, q1a3, q2a1, ... With these 9 tags, you could then build the AND/OR workflow that determines which of the tags have been assigned to the contact who completed the survey and opted in on your page. The problem with this approach is that the workflow is not that easy to set up, even for such a short survey. There are 27 answer combinations (3^3) that need to be checked and based on that, email campaigns could be triggered. It's possible to get this to work, but it doesn't really make sense to do it this way. Also, as mentioned, this only works for very short surveys. If you had 10 questions with 3 answers each, we would look at 59,049 (3^10) possible answer combinations... Another approach that might actually work and would be much easier to set up (but I haven't tested) is to create a Google Form (set it to Quiz in the settings and then assign points to each answer) and then embed that form on your Systeme page. The handling of the workflow could then be defined in Zapier, so basically upon submitting the Google Form, the total score is sent to Zapier, which then sets a corresponding tag to that contact in Systeme and that tag then triggers the email. This approach via Zapier might also work with other survey/form tools such as Tally Forms, but I also haven't tested this. I did, however, submit this idea as a feature request to Systeme, so let's see if this will be possible at some point...

I set up a logic based quiz on survey monkey years ago that is still there, but it’s $25 a month to use and I can’t justify that for a quiz builder with all the other tools we already have to pay for. I’m wondering if I could build a chat bot to end at a final response? I love thinking outside the box. Why couldn’t a chat bot do this? Offf to research that 😁 what are your thoughts?

@@smartsucceeder I’m back and Yes, a chatbot can guide someone through a logic survey by asking questions and providing a final answer based on the responses given. The chatbot can be programmed to follow a decision tree or logic flow to reach the final answer. So new question. Find a way or make a way, can I program and put a chat bot on my systeme webpage? Why isn’t everyone doing this? How about an AI character that talks them thru? Im only dealing with four variations. The points in between are 15 but don’t need to be elaborated on. Im keeping it simple.

​@@bringbackthefiretv495 That's a great idea! I've never looked into this, but yes, why not... I guess this should be possible somehow. Maybe you could use tools like Elai, D-ID, Veed io, or Synthesia to generate an AI avatar and set up a workflow with the survey questions and answers and then output the result at the end. On a Systeme page you can add an HTML element that you can use to embed all kinds of external tools or forms by just pasting the code snippet from that tool. So if those AI avatars have some kind of 'embed' option, then adding it to your Systeme page should be possible. If not using an avatar but just a text-based chat bot, I'm sure there also different tools available to embed on any website, which would also make it possible to use on a Systeme page. I just found MindStudio with a quick search. Maybe that would be something. It lets you use different models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta etc.) and you'd pay per usage. However, this approach does not include the sending of an email if people can just interact with the AI bot or avatar. Maybe that could be included in the workflow so that they have to enter their email after the last question before the AI responds with the final answer. That way you would have an opt-in if that's needed so that you could send other emails later. The remaining question would still be how a new contact in Systeme could be tagged correctly. Maybe that AI bot could go through Zapier to update the contact data in Systeme... Just thinking out loud at this point... But this should work somehow. Some research and tests are definitely required.

Example: Q1: Do you have a pet? A1: Dog A2: Cat A3: Bird Q2: How did you get your pet? A1: Rescued A2: Adopted A3: Purchased Q3: Where do you live? A1: City A2: Suburbs A3: Countryside Now, I could assign a tag to every single one of these 9 answers, which is of course possible with one of the paid Systeme plans, but I'd suggest you only use tags where necessary. (The free Systeme plan only allows 1 tag.) For example, let's say I want to send a specific email to everyone who has a cat AND rescued it AND lives in the city. So I would only create three tags (cat, rescued, city) and assign them to the corresponding answers. And with this setup, you can now use the automation workflows in Systeme to trigger your correct email campaign. You can create a workflow with decisions that checks if ALL of these three tags were assigned to a contact. If yes, trigger email campaign A. In every other case, send email campaign B. Your workflows could be even more complex with more yes/no decisions based on assigned tags. It's quite a long answer, but I hope it helps!

It is possible to register a company with multiple shareholders, yes. If you want to register the company online, just as you would do it as a single shareholder, all co-founders must be e-residents (or have an Estonian ID card, a Latvian ID card or Lithuanian mobile ID) as described here: learn.e-resident.gov.ee/hc/en-us/articles/360000866837-Single-vs-multi-shareholder-company Not all service providers support e-commerce, but you can filter the e-Residency Marketplace accordingly. With this link, I already set the 'Your company type' filter to 'Micro/small/medium (multiple shareholders)' and the 'Industry' filter to 'eCommerce / Amazon FBA': marketplace.e-resident.gov.ee/?business_types=2&target_industries=7 These service providers can help you establish a company with multiple shareholders and in the e-commerce industry. Just change or use additional filters to search for service providers that can offer the support needed.

Good question and thank you for the video idea! In Systeme, every course you create is actually password-protected. If you give access to a free course through a simple opt-in page, new contacts will receive an automatic system email to create a password to access the course. If you give access to a paid course by selling it on Systeme, the same happens, and new contacts will receive an automatic system email to create a password to access the course. Now, for those same contacts to access another course, they would need to enroll through another opt-in form (free course) or sales page (paid course) to then have access to both courses. I'm not sure if that's what you mean, or are you talking about password-protecting certain modules inside one course? (Which would then need to be a different password from the one they already need to access the course.) That's not possible, as far as I know. What you could do is give students 'partial access' in the settings. This way, they would only see the modules you allow them to see, while all other modules would be completely hidden from them.

Great question. I can replicate this exact issue in my account as well, e.g. when I use 'welcome' or 'hello' as the path designation. I don't know why but I've contacted the Systeme support and I just heard back that they are on it. I'll update this comment once I know more. They really need to improve the Community feature...

Here’s the response I got today. “Some certain words/paths are reserved for Systeme.io's internal use, hence, the prompt sometimes even if the specific path is not yet used in your community. Can you kindly try other words for the path that will result in a saved post and refrain from the words/phrases that cause the prompt?” Again, that’s just wonderful for me to know…but community members that have ZERO knowledge of website and technology stuff are going to go crazy trying to figure out why they can’t post in the community and keep getting invalid paths because they’re using words and phrases that are strictly for Systeme’s internal use. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thank you for the update. I haven't heard back from their support yet. You're right, it's good for us to know the reason for this limitation, but it makes no sense that they set it up this way. We don't know which 'certain words/paths' are reserved, and the actual users of a community have no idea about all this. Systeme really need to change this and make the community feature easier and more convenient to use.

This is so confusing. The path should be bypassed for members (or even community owners). I don't want to have to think of a path name everytime I want to post something. I hope they fix this!

That's right, with the free Systeme io plan, only one tag is included. The idea of assigning tags in the answers of the survey element (as shown at 4:23) is so that we could trigger automation workflows based on those tags e.g. different email campaigns. If you only want to use the survey element to see what people answer (i.e. without automated workflows triggered by tags), you don't need any tags. At 6:54 you can see where you can find the answer a contact selected in a survey element. I hope this helps! If you have other questions, just let me know 😊

Thanks for watching! 🙏 I agree with you. The Systeme community feature is still extremely basic. All that can be done is to write posts (including a picture) and comments. There is no reaction feature (thumbs up, hearts, dislike etc.) that we know from social media platforms. The only person that can receive notifications (but email only...) of new comments is when you're the owner of a community. But that's the problem I mentioned in the video: when there are hundreds of people in your community, you'll receive hundreds of email notifications. There are no notifications of posts or comments if you're a member of a community. So you are right, this makes it very unattractive. For just a small circle of people, such a very basic community may be great, but the more people are meant to interact with each other, the less suitable the Systeme community feature is. I hope they will improve and expand it soon.

Thank you! 🙏 The glitches I mentioned in the video were mainly related to login issues or slow loading times as so many users joined the platform. This hasn't happened again and everything has been running smoothly. I have never experienced any payment glitches. I should have made this clearer in the video. As for the payment-related features I talk about in the video, unfortunately there hasn't been much progress yet: - Google & Apple Pay haven't been implemented yet - Changing our card/payment method for our Systeme subscription is still the same (we need to cancel and re-subscribe again, but this doesn't have any implications as I commented on another question below this video) - VAT calculation is still incomplete Other things, like the bad translations I mentioned, have been improved. Also the page editor got some updates.
