Think for a second how evil it is is to suggest that good people will go to hell simply for not believing... now, what does that make you want to do? Does it make you want to be sure that everyone you love is a follower like you are? so they don't burn in hell? Some truths mixed in with quite a bit of falsehood. Most definitely inspired by something masquerading as light. I wonder what that could be? - Catholics most definitely don't worship statues. They view them as anyone would a picture of their spouse or child in their wallet or purse - with love. It is like being a child and asking our mom to ask dad if we can have this or that - It's about intersession to God with mercy & love on ours or someone's behalf. When we die, it is not what we've done or how long we've done it but the love with which we've done it, that we are judged by. Seems like something evil is trying to be good here. Holiness is a disposition of the heart. (think about how many times your original intention in an action or helping someone - changed, to one of self) It is not easy having purity of intention with faith, hope & charity in your thoughts, words & actions. But actually living one's Catholic faith is not easy, but first you have to know it. John Paul II did, I also believe it to be the right path to God thru learning how to love properly, no matter how difficult it may be.
