马星所以的 project 很多问题，尤其是 yard 的 compressor 挂到很 kek 水很难看很丑， piping 暴露在外，装油烟机不给打洞，然后送橱柜只是为了掩盖 piping leaking 的问题，厕所 water proofing 没有做好，到处漏水，tiling gap 开大大，不然就是偷工减料 holow tile, lift 时常坏，parking tandem, cover walkway 没有做好，而且不安全使用 (有两个 junction 要准备给车撞飞)，ramp 也是去一半罢了，defect 维修超过 60天，总之拿了钥匙你就知道什么叫头痛。
