Ever need a name for any newcomers, the ones I had the honor of caring for as a kid were Rocky and Zeke. They were precious. Rocky was sweet and gentle. Zeke a feisty rascal. And those hands, I remember, so soft😊❤🐾

In my MN backyard my summer sounds are gone, no more Loon calling. However, I am sitting on my deck, listening to my cold weather visitor. Have a night squirrel (flying) that visits my suet feeders. Lots of toe nails on bark, and some squeaking. He is not too shy. First time I turned on my light years ago and saw one on my feeder, made me jump. The light reflected in his eyes, and made him look like a little alien. 👽😊
