To be honest, the real life Jackie Robinson was known to steal bases, as well as hitting home runs because he was Great like that, and this roadway (parkway) very much fits the persona of the Great man its named after.
We were on this from Queens to Bklyn then from Brooklyn to Queens last night, and I'll say this, that strip requires your undivided attention. You got to be focused and alert because at times you will have a vehicle pass you then quickly pull right in front of you while twisting, and they are doing at over 60-70 mph. We were in our 2017 Lexus LX 570, and she handled it pretty nice (I can't complain), though she is a 3 ton AWD vehicle. FOR SAFETY SAKES, I would make that parkway a one lane type of roadway, because not only she has no breakdown lanes and twist and winding like a snake, the city made those 2 lanes (LESS WIDE) than the average lane you would see on a normal road here in America.
