Nope, Sorry but you can balance your overactive chakras with "their" colours .. Clear quartz can boost the energetic field, so sometimes you shouldn't use It in overactive's chakra treatments.

Also I’m looking for a 2-sphere, crystal set that would act as a two-way window or opening so to speak..my first thoughts were clear Quartz or selenite. Which would be better for such a tool, or would something else work better?

    • @TheCrystalSoulTribe

For me, clear quartz jumps out as the best. When you think of window you want it to be clear to see through. However, if you are wanting a window into the past, then lapis lazuli is a great option. But with all crystals…work with whatever you are drawn to as that is the one that will help you best

My building has a pay laundry room and I was washing my clothes in the machine in small batches, like half loads, then air dry in my apartment. But they recently hiked up the price and it’s just not worth it considering I’m only doing half loads every other day. Hand washing doesn’t look nearly as arduous as I thought, so to the sink I gooooo!

machine washing is better because you dont have to do all of the hard work just to wash clothes once you start a wash cycle you can just wait for how long the cycle is and machines also spin very fast so it gets all of the water out of your clothes and for drying clothes tumble dryers are better than using clothes lines because dryers dry clothes much faster

The Smeg user manual is somewhat vague regarding which disc is recommended for what setting, but I expect that I'll soon get the hang of it for the intended purposes of my morning creamy coffee consumption. I think we've also purchased the same style Royal Doulton mug. No room for cats in my kitchen though.

I've lived without laundry for the past 7 yrs and used the laundromat just 2x in that time. I'd like to share a few life-changing hacks. These are in no particular order because I tend to utilize them all at some point-especially if I've fallen behind and the load is large. *Spray pre-treat with soap of choice mixed with water in a good quality janitorial (or best) spray bottle.* This allows the detergent to get to work long before you reach the last item. For example- I spray the feet of all my socks, the inside of underwear, the pits of tee shirts, quick-mist the entirety of the outside of jeans, jammies, yoga pants etc. Anywhere you Already Know you'll be obligating elbow grease. Once each item is misted I just toss it dry-soaped into the tub and keep moving with like colors and durability for that load. The reason for the professional grade sprayer (I use Zep Professional brand) is especially important if you are unable to access my next major hack. *Get A Handheld Shower Sprayer with Intense "Massage" Settings.* However you attach it-from a hanger above or the type that attaches to faucets {and sinks!}, handheld sprayers with Hard Rain Shower & Jet settings will blast through so much of your work, I consider it to be one of the most invaluable household cleaning tools I own. Seriously. If sadly you just cannot have one of those, you can get professional empty spray bottles that pack the kind of punch that is pretty Dang Comparable. Whatever you choose, you'll see right away how much easier the chore is using the power wash technique. No more rinse, rinse, rinse Rinsing (for those with the showerhead) and no more scrub, scrub, scrub scrubbing! *Use the bathtub with a scrubbing surface laid across one end.* If you only have a shower, get a cheap large storage bin and use whatever flat surface fits across one edge without falling in. {Big enough for you to fit inside comfortably while sliding down a snow covered hill.} Using a large bin not only allows you to soak the whole batch at once, therefore doing half the work for you by breaking down stains, if you agitate your clothing as she does here it's much more effective and less time consuming to get in and use your clean feet. I only agitate when I have a large item like a heavy blanket or several pairs of jeans or damn Rugs the cat has ... never mind. Bleh! Agitating with your arms eats up energy unnecessarily and that sucks because it happens well before the work is over. Also, stepping on the edge and twisting the fabric by holding it in place with your foot not only creates a Far stronger wring, it requires 1/8 of the energy used by your arm and hand muscles twisting the way shown here. Be careful, of course, because you can get such a tight twist that snagged seams or old/delicate material can be torn. I think by nature we protect the pieces we care about, but it's worth mentioning. It works, though. I hand wrung an entire King Sized velveteen/fuzzy blanket by hand with scuccess by holding areas of that monster down with my foot while standing Inside the tub and wrestling it like a dang snake I intended to throttle!! {Though, I like snakes-this would never be mistaken for a Danger Noodle!} Clawfoot (like mine), regular tub or mobile tub- you're going to want a scrub surface at instant disposal that is comfortable to where you're sitting on your stool or kneeling. Bending over at any age has a short lived usage before regret comes in the form of back pain. It's all about making this quick, easy and actually Effective. Scrubbing under water creates too much resistance and requires clear water. Using the side of the tub can work but detailed scrubbing/stain attention is harder. Find a way to balance a surface even if it has to lean against outside the tub. I use an old glass shelf board. It's Perfect! I also keep 2 wooden dowels and a lengh of PVC pipe I found in our basement. This allows for rinsing above the dirty water as well as power washing from a better perspective. I also use them to hang clothes from my old school shower curtain hoop. OH! And I use it to stir crazy hot clothes without getting burned. I keep stainless salad tongs for picking out of the same situation-as well as keeping bleach, slimy Oxyclean and anything else off my hands. ***** *TOOLS* ****** This should be A #1 TOP OF THE LIST but I know not everyone can or is willing to pay more for shipping than the product itself-like me these past 2 yrs- but it's WORTH IT. Dharma Trading Company makes a detergent that is nontoxic that is used to remove All dirt and oils from material before dying. This stuff is like Magic. Antique baby clothes look like new by simply swirling in warm water and a few drops. I'm not affiliated with this company in any way, I just stumbled upon it years ago when looking for clothing dye. I use this stuff Everywhere around the house using a spray bottle. I use it for everyday cleaning chores too. 1/4 c in a machine load means that it takes drops in a huge bottle of water and lasts For-Ever! I'm gonna cry...a day hasn't passed where I haven't acknowledged how much better/faster/cleaner whatever would be if I had some. They ship globally and are Totally Family Owned. www.dharmatrading.com/chemicals/dharma-professional-textile-detergent.html *Otherwise* *Other Tools* .Original Dawn. *ONLY Original* it just works best. I keep it diluted in a spray bottle and on hand always. Hydrogen peroxide with a few drops of Dawn works great sprayed and left to sit on blood and other proteins. It's also great for spot treating mattresses and furniture. .Pet and kidlet stains can be removed and Fully deodorized Anywhere by first pouring on the peroxide and then covering completely with baking soda to make a paste. Let dry over night then flake off and vacuum remainder. This hack worked Beautifully when my rescue kitty used my bed countless times to communicate. This method Neutralizes odors, not masks. .Dr Bronner's Castile soap. Any scent works, this is awesome old school stuff and it's crazy cheap! If it's expensive you need to log out of yuppified Mountain Rose Herbs (icky ripoff site) or not be looking for it at Whole Foods etc or elitist "co-ops". .Bleach. Good ole bleach-does the job nothing else can. I keep everything diluted for direct contact spraying, this is no different. .Barkeeper's Friend. Yep, like Dharma's detergent, BKF is flipping Magic and has many times been the exception to the bleach rule for removing stains on white but also being absolutely safe for all colors. If it's faded afterward you've probably scrubbed the material way too hard. *Hand Tools* Since there's probably no one left with patience reading I will give my favorite most weird tool of all first: a Bench Scraper!! Or a dough knife/cutter. For those unaware it's a square sheet of metal that is curled over to create a handle. I've found that this is invaluable for shag bathroom rugs, thick blankets, large hoodies etc. It's great for use in shallow water to scrape over as a "scrubber" because it forces up any missed dirt, but its best use is hanging the object on the side of the tub and using either the handle or the blade {Carefully! Choice depends on which causes less resistance.} to work with gravity to press out water from objects that can't be wrung. Every dollar store sells them. My favorite scrub brush is also from the dollar store and is sold as a 'smoothing hairbrush'.

In my experience most definitely! I had been ill for years. My nervous system was in such fight of flight that I would feel contrictions. Was horrible and I would get dizzy. I found a Free Online Reiki session and OMG. I could not believe it. I literally felt everything relax and the fluids filling up my face. I swear it felt like I had found the magic flower in the movie repunzel. Literally feeling all the life returning to me. I had lost alot of faith in the divine. This retored it! I have now just received my Reiki attunements. If I was healthy I maybe would have felt less of a difference. But because my nervous system was in such a state at the time it was such a big contrast. I had listened to calming music, meditated, did yoga, drank many cups of cocoa and hot chocolate to try and calm down and this just did. Can't speak enough for it. It has saved my life!
