I think you are making an assumption that the seller is going to come down simply because someone offered a lot less than the asking price. The seller might say that if he were going to sell it for less that's what he would have listed it for. I'd ignore someone making a $5K on a car listed for $15K.

If the sign said no parking but the curb wasn't red..and you just dropped off the passenger for 5 seconds and you still get a ticket. Can you fight for it? I didn't park the car, and the engine was still running and was still in the car. I just dropped off the passenger and go.

In Pasadena CA you have to pay the ticket in order to ask for a hearing.

Question for you: I found out a couple months after moving into my house that a section of the fence going around my neighbor's backyard is a couple feet into my yard. They told me this directly, referring to 'our [exclusive 'our'] fence, I mean, your fence, it's in your yard, but we paid for it.' The fence was built on my yard, I believe, because the previous owner wanted to have the yard be legally 'fully fenced' for running a business (don't want to be more specific than that). Is it likely that they could lay claim to that section of my yard in the future if I take no action? They voluntarily told me about it, so I doubt they would, and I don't want to sour relations with them or implying I don't trust them by asking them to put it in writing, but I also don't want to risk losing 2-4 feet of yard if I don't. He felt that depending on the state/jurisdiction there may be no good way to sleep it off in your car, even with engine off and you sleeping in the back seat. I parked in a handicapped spot (Legally) near a hospital in Downtown Chicago. I've been parking in this spot as needed for years. It was 24 Hours but just recently, they installed new signs that said "No parking after 11:00PM" . I parked there to go to emergency room, which is about a block away. It was after dark when I got there and after dark when I left. During my visit to the ER. I called my son to meet me, just incase I was unable to drive home, He actually parked in the spot right next to me(Legally). We were completely shocked when we came out and saw The orange parking tickets on both of our cars. I thought it must be a mistake because, At first I didn't even see the signs. But after walking about four or five car spots down , I Did see the freshly installed signs. The next morning I went back to the area and saw a POE officer , I asked him "When did they change the handicapped parking from 24 Hours to 11:pm? His reply was , "They did? Even the handicapped section?, that surprises me " I said "YES me too!" Being equally shocked. As we continue the conversation "He said he was also unaware of whe the hours changed , So he was able to give me a date as to who when they exactly changed. He also stated that He was surprised that They put a time cap on the handicap parking near an Emergency room. I said okay. Well, if you didn't know about it and this is your job. It must have been done very recently , maybe even last night? He said "Yes its possible they put them up last night and than gave you a ticket . ( I think that would be very dirty and somewhat unlikely, than again this is Chicago) I'm sorry, I can't give you a better answer. " I ended the conversation by asking, where are. We supposed to park now, If we have an emergency after 11Pm? I think the whole situation kind of threw him as much as the it had thrown me. He was extremely kind even apologized again and said I'm sorry. I don't know the answer to that either. I was going to file for the indigent program. Because i've had some medical issues and been unable to work recently. Just wondering , do I have any other legal grounds to stand on?

After accident I was taking to hospital and heavy medicated for my injuries and when doctor said you may need a Surgery police officer asked me to sign paperwork I was thinking it’s for surgery shortly after I’m being arrested in hospital. I do have a lower he said he can’t dismiss it. But maybe there is a chance. I don’t have any prior convictions.

I got an Oui but was never given a test. I drove 2 ft and crossed a road, the cops yelled and started after me from far down a road. I parked in a parking lot and ran and they got me. I was never given a test, just taken to jail. I refused to give them my identification until later I did after the officer had left the jail. Do I have an okay chance, what’s a case if they had no field test blood or breath test?

Get a lawyer who plays golf with the judge. He's the guy that can arrange the bribe. Judges don't come cheap. Otherwise, you are guilty because if you are acquitted it effects millions of dollars in past and future bogus charges. They can't afford to free you. Traffic violations are a tax on the working class. It has nothing to do with crime or justice.
