I'm confused by how come when I go past that patient in the chair they have a cone of vision which spots me no matter how wide or narrow I move thru that area. I even got spotted by them when I was taking cover behind the curtain and moved slightly into their view. There seems to be some trick to that part which the video does not convey. Oh NVM.
