I think this is the best explanatory video on the legend but as you said there was a few things missed i.e. bottle cap rejection and other settings which was what I was hoping to hear about because that's where I started to get a bit lost with the machine

Watched a bunch of videos on this machine, liked what I saw, went out an bought one, and am still learning. I will say sir, IF you never ever look at the screen, your hearing is at a non human level...lol ✌

Lol i just uploaded to 1.15 and had to go over my settings again... finally got it how i wanted then tried to save the profile but i accidentally did a factory reset...👀🙄😞🤦

Is it just me or is that Nox ALL OVER THE PLACE with the numbers compared to the Legend? I was going to save up for a Nox 8 or 900, but I found a good deal on a Legend, so I went that route. If this video is any indication, I’m glad I went with the Legend.

that coil is garbage,buy yourself an 8"or 6" but buy the equinox coils they work for exterra pro

i found some one who gave up. he sold me his 900 for $750 barely used. both coils 11" ,6". found the 15" on ebay. (make offer). got it for $160. ,(brand new) had the 900 for a month now. found change and 3 pieces of junk jewelry. 👍👍👍. have a good day

My understandimg with the manticore on depth is - at best you're only looking at up to 1-1.5in deeper than average detectors of the same class and with this, its primarily going to be at the beach and best case beaches are salt water. In my observation, it seems most people who like the manticore the most fit thst profile. Namely, detectorists who go mostly to coastal beach areas and spend a lot of time detecting in the water. Otherwise, there doesnt seem to be much difference in the manticore. Those who arent doimg salt water do seem to like the 2D imagery of the manticore over the 900 features.

Mate, these comparisons are so inaccurate. Your coil swing speed is way too quick. No machine should be set the same as another. You need to use each machines options to get depth and audio.

I think it’s a great detector but I struggle with sub menus. I was going out with my Deus 2 tomorrow, tried to update it and the remote froze on update. Now I’m forced to learn the legend tonight, lol thanks

You are aware that mostly every setting Can be changed and manipulated. You can virtually alter all factory settings most people don't know that

Hear is my question lad have they sorted the ploughed field problems as I myself want to purchase a Manticore next week yet if it does not work on a ploughed field it isnt worth the money as all my digs are basically ploughed fields and pastures it was rather stupid in which way its all gold fields with the Manticore and minelab so they selling us a false idea here in the Uk remember we are on an island the is high in minerals the ancestors of us all worked and built around ploughed fields it is stupid to think that the machine was made really only for the American and Australia market .

Pirates cove , Strange thing about this story like I said my dad is well into his detecting and uncovers paths and routes which the non believers cannot understand how he finds them so easily lol , last year he uncovered Roman roads that had always been overlooked and the Romans thought to of gone a different way but then an actual pirate cove yes pirate 🦜 he found 2 from the out skirt looks like nothing but the one was a route to a hole in a cliff side that looks like nothing with a tunnel leading up to where an inn was originally a bootleggers cavern amazing, the other pirate cove he came across was he discovered that a certain cafe here in Wales had actually stolen the name of an actual pirate cove from history amazing stuff when you start looking into these points, yet when the big storm hit a couple of years back not very far from the first pirate cove actual pieces of 8 started to appear on the beach I think around 6 were found in total to date probably more but you know what some folks are like lol.

That book off to our right of the screen yes is just UK coins in there as my dad and his friend uncovered a coin that was thought to not to exist yet although the coin changes the numerical monetary system it as been ignored that's the trouble with some organisations they just only interested in the money is it gold is it treasure not that the actual coin changes history lol
