Sure. So this is a subliminal that means it is a sound in which are hidden affirmations that only your subconcious mind can hear. If you repeat these affirmations over and over again, you will change your subconicous believes, which means you'll change your way of thinking and acting etc. because the subconcious mind is in control of almost everything without us even noticing. (Btw sorry for my bad english, I'm not native lmao) So this will change your thinking and therefore your frequency. (Your thoughts have a frequency and the law of attraction says that what ever is on the same frequency attracts each other which makes snese, right? Even if you work with law of assumption, doesn't matter, because you also change your assumptions by repeating the affirmations (just by listening to this). And that's how you manifest bascially everything. You could also just affirm whenever you feel like it, but your concious mind is a lot more critical than your subconcious (your subconcious believes literally everything what you tell it) so that could be a little bit harder and frustrating to do. The subliminal works, because your concious mind is distracted by these melodies/songs/rain sounds etc. and doesn't even hear the affirmations. If you sleep for example your concious mind goes to sleep with you, which means the gate to your subconciousness is open as fuck and you don't even need a subliminal anymore so you could just listen to normal affirmations without everything that distracts your conciousness because it's already alseep, you know?
