How about the battery?

usa market the 1+ 12 is under 600 as of December 2024 with OP hardware, only issue maybe the camera which is completely customizable but the iphone and Pixel are the best of the best in imaging via social media where they compress the images so why bother with social media if your not a youtuber. This is quality of life, no anxiety of battery life, beautiful display, nice OS and functionality and at half the price

Mr8k, There is only one subject that you missed and for me, and probably many others, it is very important. Has cellular signal/service issues and overall connectivity been fixed with the change to the new 5400 modem and whatever placement changes Google made with the antenna for the Pixel 9 series? I'm still sitting here with a Pixel 7 pro having to hit airplane mode several times a day and restarting my phone when airplane mode doesn't do the trick. It's nuts that an expensive flagship has problems with the very things phones were originally invented for - phone calls and text messages with our family, work and friends. I have to replace it and I love Pixel phones otherwise so I am so torn because I don't want to go through these hassles everyday anymore and it has caused me to miss important phone calls 😢. If anyone else in the comment section has good or bad experience with P9 series please 🙏 respond. Thank you.

We need real world experience, good & bad, so we can make educated choices with our hard earned money. I'll tell you what you already know. We (tech enthusiasts) are NOT the target market for the iPad mini. Making improvements like a high refresh screen or narrower bezels would probably increase the price of the iPad mini from $600 to $750 or more. That's not what the general public wants from this device.

In Vietnam, pixel is hand-carried and currently has a pretty good price of $355. But the downside is that fast charging is only 18W, it should be at least 25W like Samsung, that would be better. It's really worth ditching 120Hz to get faster charging speeds. 18W is already old in 2023-2024.⌛

You have to keep one thing in mind: Nothing is fairly new to the smartphone scene. It will take them some time to understand their own strategy, and one must not keep them out. They are figuring out a lot of their things whereas Pixel already has a lot things figured except their useless chipset.

OnePlus has really stepped up their game from even 5 years ago! The non-black version is gorgeous in a sea of bland colors and phones that all look the same. I would prefer a curved edge not a curved screen, meaning the curved part is on only the bezel, but this is still preferable to the sharp 90 degree edges (or sometimes even RAISED edges) everyone else is doing. I am actually glad they don't have their own apps as I prefer the stock Android apps. My only concern is lack of waterproofing, but how many phones have i dropped into a lake, stream, pool, sink, anything? zero. I will just get a strap for taking pictures near water. (EDIT: The 13 is out in china and it looks like they have the subtle curved edge I was talking about on every edge front and back. Wow, what a difference! I will wait, then.)

Such a well-made video, I'd expect this channel to have more subs, I hope it comes to that point sooner than later. On the iPad Mini subject... I'm so frustrated with the raw deals we're getting nowadays. Mini 7 price is right inside Air 6 territory and Mini 6 availability is frustrating me in where I live. Sellers expect too much money for Mini 6, especially the 2nd hand deals list Mini 6 like at 480ish usd, which is crazy. In the end I think I'll get Mini 7 but it'd be lovely to get Mini 6 for cheaper than 400usd and call it a day. Because Apple Pencil is not a cheap addition and frankly I'm considering an iPad only for portability and note taking

Watching this on a mini 7 which was an upgrade from a mini 4. Whilst there is no excuse for not having an oled screen, I just thought of something. Remember the issues people had with the A17 pro chip being in the 15 pro body with regards to over heating? Apple may tried to put an M chip in the mini and encountered the same issue. The A17 pro chip being may have been a better choice for heat dissipation and they may have left the M chips to work in the larger iPads for that very reason.

Well, done and so true apple needs a new leader. Tesla new cell phone tech will destroy apple. Apple wake up and listen to your customer than your wallet.
