Where can I buy a replacement crank? I am having a hard time finding it.

my top canopy does not have a hole in it. What do I do???

What ideas do you have to keep it from blowing over? I have one that has been given to me but no longer has the bottom part. It is rectangle shape. Where I live at the silly thing blows over even when it's not in use.
It is not one of our umbrellas so I am not sure. Our units can be bolted down to a deck or patio. Thanks

Should come with the umbrella. As an unassuming consumer, I bought into the look of the umbrella without thinking about the science of it.

Just restrung my umbrella today. Wish I found this video earlier. Still unable to crank the Umbrella open, I think I need a new crank. Where can I get a replacement?

Mine doesn't wind down that easy. Already had to grease the crank. Helped some but still could operate easier

This umbrella is great, however, for a name of water canopy it is far from even water resistant. The first year and a few light sprinkles it was coming through the umbrella. We used about 6 cans of water repellent on it and it's better but nothing as you know will withstand a real heavy rain.
