Gold leaf ❤
prachtige vaas grts uit belgium
Merci beaucoup
Me ha encantado tu trabajo!!! Realmente fantástico!!! Soy de Uruguay Sud-América, hablo español, no entiendo tu explicación. Una pregunta: la pintura blanca interior, es pintura craquelada? Un gran saludo!!!
So beautiful, you are very talented,Love you work,Thank you for sharing
Love this so very much! You are correct, the gold leafing sets the whole thing off! Thank you for the tutorial!
Wonderful video. I loved the idea and I want to try it. I subscribed.
Geweldig. Zo mooi
Beautiful!Thank you!❤ I wanna ask- why u don't put a varnish at last?
Wauw! Prachtig deze vaas. Deze techniek kende ik nog niet. Dank daarvoor! Groeten uit Nederland 🇳🇱
Do you seal the gold leaf? How does gold leaf stay if you don’t seal? Thank you
This was beautiful and so fulfilling. Thank you for sharing your talent. I will try it.
Looks amazing
Absolutely beautiful what the name of the product you used for the crackling, cous I couldn't cuch the name.sorry for that. Thank you
Thank you
Do you use a sealer for the inside and outside on the gold leaf?
For this item, i have not applied any sealer on the gold leaf. But you could use a polyacrylic varnish or gold leave sealer on top if required. I didn’t put any as its just a decor piece and would not be roughly used. Hope this helps.
Just beautiful!!!! Great work 💗💗💗💗💗
This is definitely not your granny’s decoupage any more…way better technique.
This pink champagne is it special paint or acrylic. What is it? Anyone know. I know the vids 3 years old I'm just getting into this.
Pink champagne is the name of the light pink paint I have used. It’s chalk paint by Dixie Belle Paint company. You can use any color of chalk paint or even acrylic paint you like and which compliments the paper you are using. Hope this helps 😊
@@Bluelotusdesigns That is great thanks so much.
Totally new to any crafting....love your material & supply list in the beginning of your videos! Positive tutorials & visuals with good sound! Since I know nothing about types of crafting glue, paints for crafting, types of paints crafters use....I'm subscribed! You could teach at "Michaels!" Keep up the fantastic work & tutorials!! 👍💥💫💥💫💖❣️🫠💯
Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words. 😊
Beautiful! Love the tutorial!! Keep posting! Fabulous!! 💯👍💥💫💖❣️
Thank you ☺️
When working with glasses n bottles, round peices, I lay them on a bag of rice to keep them from tolling around🙂
Thank you, that’s an excellent tip. 😊
Great project. I love how you transformed this simple box into this useful beauty :)))
Thank you! 😊
You used such beautiful images... I love the plate❤❤❤ Thank you very much for this tutorial and the inspiration! Greetings from Slovenia.
Thank you for your kind words 😊
It's so pretty. I am definitely going to try it. 1 question...can I put fresh flowers with water inside?
I wouldn’t put water in it as it would at some point seep into the paint and then the paper… even though we have sealed it with varnish. Wiping with a wet cloth will not harm the work. But constant water will. Hope this helps. 😊
❤ is wonderful work you doing ❤ Just amazing....and never see on you tobe that work on glas . You inspired me very much and i want to do soon as I can. I will please 🙏 that you write me he other things you used. Deco page is familiar to me and gold lives . I really want to try do this . You are a real artist i love your work. Beautiful diy
Beautiful
Such a beautiful creation . The way you have explained the nuances is very heartening . Thank you !
What an interesting use of materials you’ve shared with us. I haven’t used crackle paint or gold leaf before so I appreciated seeing your techniques. Please consider omitting the Muzak. It’s distracting and the repetition interferes with your excellent presentation.
Which metallic gold is this? The name of the brand.
It was beautiful! I think this is a prettier method.
Soooo gorgeous!!!
Beautiful. You did a wonderful job!!
Thank you :)
I’m definitely going to do this it’s so beautiful.i love the gold aspect ❤
I am confused with digital paper where do I get it
Best if you can print your motif on photo paper. It will not bleed.
By digital paper I mean laser print outs. I designed the image and then took out a coloured laser print. Hope that helps.
Beautiful!! Your demonstration and detailed narrative is wonderful.
Esses papéis são impressos a laser
I love your beautiful artwork. It’s so refreshing to see some new techniques on decoupaging glass. I wish you would continue creating new videos but I understand that it is very time consuming. Warmest Regards
Very beautiful. Are these digital prints that were printed on a home printer like ink jet or laser?
That's a valuable question. I am waiting for the reply too...😊
Thank you. I used laser printer. Ink jet prints - the color will bleed when modpodge/ decopage glue is used. There are ways to avoid that.. but it’s a long process. Laser is best.
FANtastic design and application!Vase cannot hold water for flower right?
Right, constant water on the painted inside portion might damage the work.
I LOVE how you did this plate, it's beautiful. The Dixie Belle paints are lovely colours aren't they? I've just bought some more Dixie Belle products: the Dixie Dirt in Charcoal, which is great for adding an antique look to painted pieces of furniture, and I got some white Dixie Belle paint called 'Cotton' as well. I wish I could buy more of their stuff but it's quite expensive here in Australia.
You're very good at doing decoupage this way, with wet Mod Podge and napkins, I wish I could do that but the only time I tried I got wrinkles and bubbles in the paper and ,when I tried to move the paper, it tore and so I had to try a different method. Now I still use Mod Podge but I apply 3 coats of Mod Podge, letting it dry between each coat, and then I use the Iron - On method to stick the decoupage paper to my surface. I've just finished decoupaging an old wooden tray and the paper is very smooth and wrinkle - free. After letting the Mod Podge dry completely, I take an iron and set it to high heat and I place the decoupage paper over the dry glue, then I put a sheet of baking parchment/paper over the decoupage paper and iron the whole area where the glue has been applied. The heat melts the glue again so that the decoupage paper sticks firmly to your surface. This is the best method I've found for doing decoupage because it leaves a really professional finish. If there's any paper left over and you've put the paper inside the base of a tray, all you need to do is use a craft knife to remove the excess paper. Have you ever tried reverse decoupage on glass? You must check it out on UA-cam one day, it's gorgeous. Thanks for this great video tutorial. Love from Amanda Jones in Melbourne, Australia ❤️
