Because the heal from the perk is quite strong, no matter the build

The game is good, but it does not have enought content to play for a long time, sadly. In the past game had many rocky years and it did refine early and mid game, but the end-game is where it lacks. If you get the endgame loop right then the players stay, if you dont then they move on.

That might be the case. New World has amazing combat and pvp experience feels good, but the main problem is that it lacks variety, but if they fix that then pvp scene in NW will be amazing 👌

The launch of the game was also one of the best times I had here. Even tho it was very buggy and messy it was awsome. When me and my friends were discovering the game and we would share our new findings with each other.

Have you tried PvP? Its like caotic hardmode trial with out predictable mechanics all the time. A new challenge maybe 💪

Grind is ok, if you know you will get what you want eventually, but when it random all the time its a bit hard to continue.

@@sayphexgaming6861 I don't disagree with that. If you have to run the same dungeon 3, 4, maybe 5 times and that boss will drop the item, that's great. However, when you have to do it 15 times, 20 times, or more, and it's general looting and someone else wins the roll for it, then it gets to be tedious. Or when we get into a scenario of, just do these daily quests 200 times in a row to get the item or achievement. Or when it's something like, just log in every single day for the next six months and spend gold at this vendor, or you can go to our store and spend real money and do it today. Don't get me wrong, a challenge can be fun and I don't want a game to be easy. If I have to confront the same boss a dozen times because I keep dying while trying to learn a game mechanic, that's on me. If I have to do it because the drop rate of the item I am wanting is 0.5%, that's on the game and the developers.

@@mfraze8753 You have made such an important note. You have to have hope and a dicent way to know that grind will be worth it. Even if you farm a currency or something like that. The reward should be meaningful as well. Like arenas, the loot sucks, sadly.

@@sayphexgaming6861 I picked up New World when it first came out and I hate to say it, but it sucked. I just came back to it in the last month since they have made some changes. They seem to be going in a better direction with the game. One of the things that drove me nuts about the crafting system is that it was very difficult to get your crafting to scale with your character. In other words, you gained levels so fast simply from gathering and crafting you couldn't make gear good enough for your current character level. It seems to be better than it was, but it still takes a huge amount of resources to craft things. For instance, I want to make a food item that gives me a Dex bonus. It's a low level food item, but 2 of the ingredients (Peppercorn and Sage) are hard to come by just gathering. The Peppercorn was somewhat cheap to buy off the trader, but the Sage is 26 gold each on my server. So just to get the minimum I need would cost 2,600 gold. That might not sound like much to some, but that is a small fortune for a low-level character. If I spend the hours it would take going to harvest what I need, it would level my character up, probably to the point it would end up being worthless for the small Dex buff the food would give me. It's almost the same with the gear and weapons, but not as bad. What I think would be a fix for it is to separate the experience from crafting and gathering from your character level. So, in order to level your character, you would have to quest and kill mobs, but gathering and crafting would be separate and only apply to raising those things skills.

@ Not being able to level up just from gathering and crafting would make player play the content more, but I feel like they do it already as with it you get access to artifacts and heartrunes and they are core part of every end-game build. Crafting as a hole does need some fixes, but I think it works for the most part.

Yeah, aim-lock is quite annoying addition if you are the one not using it

Right now we have double gambel. First is getting 725 GS, Second is the correct perks. Both are impossible to get at the same time

That is a possibility. Even tho greed is a powerful factor. They will have to be well organised to pull this off.

@ fr I started at 1k gold 4hrs ago and was literally broke. Now I made 14k within that time but Im broke again since I spent it all right away 😂😂😂 But hey thats how I got all my major trophies x3 🤷‍♂️ Better than standing on a graveyard for 8-10 hrs hoping for a drop that wont come (or killing the damn pitlord over 300 times for 0 drops which was exactly what happened to me before I discovered the secret) 😝

@ I click queue bottom, as I know that I can outjust my gearscore. As for amerine you need 200-299GS If I want something else with higher gearscore then the queue is longer a bit

In general furnishing is one of the hardest to level up. What methods did you find that works for you?

Well it about 750 from tank role + 250 for compliting normal and if you count salveging gear also gives you a bit

I was shocked as well. I tought to myself if elite chest runs are even worth your time, but I would say that only CK is worth it as you get doubloons.

That is absolutely correct! Its all about a chance. If a person would count how many chests they open in one chest run they would see how many chances they would get to trophy mats or any other item they are looking for.

@ have u played any other mmo or arpg ever? Nw would be so much better if char progression was slowed down and had more impact per lvl then jsut a few points like maybe a passive tree or something and the weapons department is lacking super bad.. I need like cross bows dual axes wand lighting staff a quarter stave maybe a Druid item or some necro shit and warlock action more flexibility shit is so bland and bare bones the itemization is for a toddler it’s worse then Diablo4

@ maybe a defensive mage type gauntlet open up some options .. time gated bs to slow down progress cuz the actual game is dogshit

@ yes I have. I have 2,5k hours in ESO. NW does not follow traditional fantasy like others, but it does have its own charms It feels more like middle age mmo with some magic.

CK chest runs give 800-900 Doubloons per day, you can rerun the CK chest run every hour for about 350 Doubloons

What perticular link does not work for you? They all work for me.

This weapon combo is very strong. Very mobile and a lot of burst from GS, but you have to know how to use offensive stance before you get killed as you become very vanurable in it.

You can either craft the item, find a random item with such perks or find an named item and upgrade it at gypsum kiln.

Yeah, that is a good start. To boost te gearscore of crafted item, you will also need crafting gear, trophies and maybe food.

Then NW Buddy has a bug :( Try to find a ring with same perks, as hearty is a must have.

Technically Stonecutting is a refining skill, but you can mostly make gold from cut gems. Especially if you time that with a new round of mutations when players will swap their gems for different protection.

Medium for sure, it would work perfectly. Light might be to squishy tho.
