I graduated from PBGCHS in 1990. I truly hated that place. It’s weird how now that I’m old I would go back to that dump in a heartbeat. 😂

My Late Husband Robert C Sanders went there to that school with his brother Ronald. Robert Graduated in 1976, Robert passed away January 16, 2018 of complications from HLH. RIP My love I miss you!

No wonder why they tore it down. It's horrible. It's okay. Coconut Creak High School was not any better. Lol. At least you still have a high school. My high school is supposedly being completely closed and shut down. 😭

So much has changed since the early 70's, but so much was still the same. The library still was much the same, even without the books and shelves. I remember pushing the old movie projectors down the hallways as a student. Thanks for sharing a last look at the old PBGHS.

Wow! This brings back memories. I went to Gardens from 1974 -76 before my family and I moved out of state. Thanks for sharing the video!

The tennis courts, the lunchroom, the gym, the Holly Drive parking lot, the back field that I used to cut across during lunch to watch soap operas at my friend's house (then we'd skip the rest of the day)...hard to believe they're all gone. I barely recognize PBGHS since I was there (class of 1981).

Still looks as old and rundown as it did in the '80s! I think my locker was upstairs, as were most of my classes. What happened to the library? I wrote so many book reports there! (Class of 1981)

Sounds like there were a lot of changes made since I graduated from PBGHS in 1981. Honestly, as I'm watching this video, nothing looks familiar yet. So long, PBGHS...Go Gators!

Thanks for posting!. There is a lot more shrubbery than I remember. But I can recall the sidewalk with the names from the class of '70. The school was still fairly new then. I was in the class of '75.
