hello good video im in wisconsin. im out on bail. can a cop go to the d.a and tell her he saw me at my baby moms house in WICH i have no contact with because she is the victim. can i be arrested in my next court date? or should i have been already charged?

This has got to be the most detailed video I’ve seen in regards to probation violations. I for ☝🏾 am a Texas resident currently serving deferred in BOTH Tarrant & Dallas Counties and unfortunately just found out I have a Capias order for my arrest. Thing is my lawyer can’t find ANY information in regards to these allegations. I was planning on turning myself in here @2am in hopes to be processed and bailed out by afternoon time later today 😅…. (Ahead of PROBATION) But after searching 👀 YT for hours… and finding your video I believe I should just call my PO tomorrow and notify her of my current situation. I have labor detail Fri-28th with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department.. 😬 and I’m sure you understand why I’m a little nervous here but after much dilberation, I believe it’s the best way forward I want to get ahead of this and get the best possible outcome… So thank you for this video. ❤ Texas is a wonderful yet VERY ONE OF ITS KIND STATE…. He can't get ahold of his lawyer Roberto Torres he recently had a court date Oct 31 it was reset n he didn't know anything he had to ask around in jail n they told him his court was reset til December 13. His lawyer doesn't communicate with anyone about his case not even him. He wants help this is his 4th dwi he has a addiction problem he wants and needs help. Can you tell me what he has to do please.
