I think Markus had the most outstanding season in 2024. He may have missed out on the biggest titles, but he was always up there and very competitive, which shows in the international rankings. In 2025, he will have a great chance once again. But one man is getting to the spot light soon - Nikita Ljubimov - who is stepping into Juniors for 2025 after many incredible Micro & Mini seasons internationally. This boy is sure one to watch out for - also featured next on KartletiX podcast this January, so stay tuned 😉

I compiled this based on single manoeuvres only. High risk can lead to great action but also get you in a lot of trouble. Can't deny his round the outside overtake had a great impact in the world of karting

@@KartletiX Yes it did but for the wrong reasons….firstly the 2 lead drivers just bulk themselves….secondly he should never of been that high….but the advantages he had in power has seen some crazy passes….as has been shown in x30 Kartmasters, OK and then x30 in zuera….he’s a mid pack driver…and many many see it…..

Just 1 IWF Race where he went to a team he didn’t know a track and different kart and chassis to what he’s been driving

@finlaylinesracing Raced x30 couple of weeks ago…qualified P72…was 6/10ths off his teammate…..didn’t even make the final….back on his rocket ship this weekend and won the heat by 7 seconds and the final by 4.5 seconds LOL…..

@@clemkartracing2073 Yes, be as much in control as possible. It is impossible to dampen every movement, of course, but the more stability you can bring = the faster you'll be

Lifting throttle while shifting? Yes, it is faster and less risky, because a forced ignition cut may cause engine shooting, losing some momentum in the process. Also you have much more control over the shift and your speed

Unless we're talking about very strong wind, the effect is minimal and definitely below a tenth. Even slipstreaming can gain you .24 seconds only on a track with 300+ m straight like Portimão, Portugal for example. The recorded lap was from the very same session and the conditions and intension to push remained the same throughout.
