That is the most interesting question. It is just not possible to send back metal cans or aluminum cans to a manufacturer to have them clean and refilled like it was a glass bottle. Even most glass bottles these days it's just cheaper to bust the glass down melt it down and recycled into new material. There's also the safety Factor. Don't know really where that metal has been and what it has been through. So the best thing to do is to collect all those metals and it goes to a facility that's melted down and it's made into all kinds of product. Particularly made back into cans again although it is made into cans, so made into light fixtures, vehicles, that's pretty much 10 or light metal. Yeah it would just be so financially nonfeasible to collect all of the cans remove the label and then refill them. So I hope everyone still and you still just recycle as much metal as you possibly can. If there's no one around your area to recycle the metal scraps that you have you could always send them to us. Types of metal cans aerosol cans we even have someone who sends us her broken bobby pins. So I hope that answers your question and keep the curiousness going that's great I love to see when people think about different ways and is very curious about the why in the recycling world.

very good comment. in reality most scrap yards do the right thing. it is mandatory from the EPA that all fluids, and I mean all fluids, have to be removed from vehicles before they are crushed or recycled. and the EPA really watches scrap yards carefully. it doesn't matter because of a scrap yard is smart they can actually turn around and sell the used oil and a used gasoline. so that's worth money to them. now ask for window washer fluid and coolant those things have to be containerized and properly disposed of. if they're not and the EPA catches them the scrap yards shut down because I do know there are rogue scrap yards that do not do what they're supposed to do don't go with the rules, they will eventually be found and they are shut down they'll never scrap again. so I always tell people to the right thing. but you're correct and saying that occasionally things get into these crushers that shouldn't be in there, but a legitimate scrap yard goes with the rules make sure that anything put into their crusher is safe and any chemicals inside are properly disposed of.. ♻️♻️♻️♻️

That is a great idea. I have done that myself LOL also win a shopping bag comes to the point where it's worn out ripped but can still hold things whenever I take my evening walks to get exercise I take a pair of grabbers with me and old shopping bag and if I see plastic bottles on the ground cans paper whatever I usually come home with a full bag LOL thank you for being a recycle warrior and doing your part I really appreciate it and thank you for the good things you say about my videos I hope you keep enjoying them... Well at this time t is very hard to make money in battery recycling. You have to have thousands of them and the correct facilities to properly and safely do so. But Batteries have elements that are work money in some markets

You can take any plastic bags back to the stores. Food bags. shopping bags. shrink wrap. We have other videos filled with that info, please check them out. Just for now avoid Wal-Mart and Target stores. They have been busted not recycling the plastic bags as they say they do.

You can send any tapes video, audio, and computer to us for proper recycling. See our website at www.thecoguys.info

Normally this will not effect you unless you eat it. BUT 100's on the tapes in a landfill can poison the ground. Using at a bird scare, or otherwise in small amounts will not be harmful. We recycle them now properly and safely when tapes are mailed to us. The plastics are now made into park benches, siding and car stops.

There's been a couple of scrapper girls. Melissa the one you seen this video she's fine she just doesn't do the scrapping anymore the other scrapper girl Amber she fell ill and unfortunately it wasn't a good outcome but we remember her for who she was.
