I like this video very much! In my opinion it shows that there's the voice in her head that always say bad things about her. And because of the voice in her head it shows that she started to have eating disorder as the voice in her head say she will become fat or something like that. And I think there's also a panic attack scene that make her faint(I think it's a panic attack) and in the end it shows that she ignore/overcome the thought in her head and start to do things she wants.(as the voice in her head always say what to do and what not to do)
