Is that buffer wheel sufficient to polish and smoothen out any lines/scratches?
Hello, No - you will have noticed all the sanding I did. I sand down to 1500 then polish.
hello, could you tell me what kind of ammonia you use, and what porcentage it has? Thank you so much for sharing your experiments, your work is beautiful.
Very cool.
Thank you so very much for sharing this information with us
Okay. But not a clue to the actual processes going on, of which there are at least four or five. Just a showboat.
It's called "SEE ME Make" not I'll teach you everything I know for free. I spent thousands of dollars and as many hours learning - am I suppose to spend my time and money teaching you for free? There is more than enough here to teach you - if you don't need to have your hand held and lead through it.... So you can piss off.
Not just show boating ,but an ass as well. No support here
Urine made me some awesome patinas on copper. The type of beer you've been drinking makes for some cool differences, too.
Would this work with brass also?
Hello - amazing video, I was wondering how would you make sure all of these patinas stay on, onthe long term - do you then wax them? I would like to patina a sculpture that would live outside how to ensure longer years with that color would you know? Many thanks, E
Can you tell me what the solution mixture was that you used?
I think your direction's were very thorough. Thank's Jane
What directions? Not a single word let alone an actual instruction. I'm certainly not going to help you. 😊
Yes, what was your solution for the patina?
the ratio of ammonia to water you use (as a percentage) and what else is in household ammonia. Does it only contain ammonia? Thank you for your answer.
Hello - There is no water mixed into the ammonia... and nothing else added to the household ammonia... just use it straight out of the bottle. Hope that answered your question, nicole.
Thank you for the answer.
Nice, like it, the rough look, great. You have a handy piece of kit the for bangle size etc.
Thank you for these videos
Hi there. What is the ammonia concentration you are using? Have you done any study regarding concentration vs cook time? Most household ammonia is 5-10% con. Great video. 👍
Hello, I'm using house hold ammonia (Canadian) - not sure of the concentration, as the bottle does not state. No, I've not played around with different concentrations - but I'm sure it would make a difference. If you give it a go... be sure to let us know. nicole.
Solution to patina?
beautiful! What gauge copper sheet>?
Hello - I used 22 gauge.
@@creatinglinusonlineschoolo8355 thank you!
Can you say, “Soy Sauce Patina Poolage” ten times as fast as you can?
Thank you so much for this video! This is the best, most informative video I have found on the internet!
Soy sause separation anxiety poolage 😂
Im more of a piss and soy sauce kinda guy
I used to have a crush on Betty Rubble, but this chick shares my interests❤
Best video I've ever seen 👏
Really useful tipps!!!! Thanks a lot
Hi! Stunning!! I tried sliced onion, ammonia and salt on the copper, but the result was not similar to yours. The surface has become rough, with some black parts. I tried several times. Please, could you help me? I really loved this abstract texture.
Woooow! Amazing Results! Thank you for taking the time to create and share this tutorial with the world!
I love the effect from the ammonia bath but how do you seal it and maintain the colour? I've tried with a spray sealer but it changed the colour quite a lot. Thanks for the video. I love the bracelet.
Hello M, I use “Nikolas #2105 Clear Lacquer”. It is quite pricey but does a nice job without altering the colours (too much). angelgilding.com/nikolas-clear-lacquer-spray-12-oz.html. But, I often leave my patinas unsealed… this is called a “living patina”. A living patina will change over the years…. what happens to it… happens to it. It’s nice to embrace what a patina is - something which is always changing…. also much better for the environment and your heath and your budget. Just be sure to explain to your customer what a Living Patina is. n.
Thanks for the response. @@creatinglinusonlineschoolo8355
Will this work with gold foil ?
not real gold
Do you close/cover the bowl ?
yes, cover the fume chamber.... you want it to full with Ammonia Fumes.... I have a sheet of plexiglass over it (instead of the lid), so I can film the patina forming. Cheers, Nicole.
Cool video and ideas. Just a thought: I think spelling it “poolage” would be more consistent with the rules of grammar.
Great tips thand you!
Good info here (thank you) but good grief these Vyond animation productions are insufferable 😅
If you don't like it... don't watch it. Feel free to make your own tutorial.
@creatinglinusonlineschoolo8355 copper nitrate crystal water solution "sprayed on with spray thingie" and heat with flame torch will do this in 10min. Your welcome! I have video evidence. Your video is very creative! Love it. How did you make it? You can make copper nitrate by disoloving copper in NH3 (be careful). Leave it over night and wait for chrystals to form... the next morning there will be a solution with chrystals and unreached copper. Take the copper chrystals out and add acid nitric acid until copper has turned to Chrystal. Remember mix the chrystals you have now made with water. Spray! Heat with flame.
You really don't want to use ammonia with vinegar. Using them together results in a dangerous release of toxic chlorine gasses.
This is incorrect. You’re probably confusing this with the dangers of mixing ammonia and bleach, which can produce chloramines (which are toxic). But there is no source of chlorine in a reaction involving ammonia and acetic acid.
Beautiful.
Hello! 😊 I would like to send you a business proposal, but your website doesn’t seem to be working. Is it possible to contact you via email or whatsapp?
Soy sauce looks like jade
Can anybody clarify the soy sauce one...? I'm not following- did she apply soy sauce to the copper and let it "cook" suspended over a cup of ammonia? Or is there no ammonia in the one, but instead she just put this piece in a cup of soy sauce...?
What did you spray onto the copper?
What solution did you use to process the patina?
오! 뷰티풀 입니다.
좋은영상 대단히 감사드립니다. 응원합니다.

what is the meaning of "Cooking" in this case? Sorry, I am a rookie in all this
However long the copper was sitting in the container with solution...
@@stardustblue3625 thank you.

J'aime beaucoup, c'est ravissant
