Calm down first of all I am not defending anyone. I am only putting legal provisions in front which actually exist and you can't deny it. Secondly, I agree on this point that law has many loop holes & defaults which needs to be addressed & yes absence of gender neutral laws on many point is one of the biggest default ever but as society is evolving this issue hope soon to be address.
