I’m going 1) Stone Cold … 2) The Undertaker … 3) Hollywood Hogan (as heel) … 4) The Rock … 5) Shawn Michaels … next tier 2 would be 6) Hitman Hart … 7) Flair then in random order HHH, Cena, Angle. For me. I didn’t watch before the late 80s / early 90s. And I was obsessed from the late 90s to early 00s. So there is a slant to my stance. Only thought Cena was remotely quality as his white rapper word life gimmick TBH and after that was an embarrassment that was pushed down fans throats for a near decade with minimal quality top guy competition. Where as all the other guys I have listed aside him or above him had white hot competition for alpha dog status in the most successful eras of the business in the late 80s, early 90s, late 90s and early 00s
