The names of the items used are: hand spinner bearings, MDF, spacers, and round rods.

Are these things you can buy from Home Depot, etc? Or where do you buy?

It cannot be mounted on the wall as it is, but it would be possible to mount it by changing the shaft and other fixtures😉

Thank you‼︎ By mount, do you mean the material, I used the MDF. For the shaft mechanism, one propeller and bearing made of MDF are first inserted into a rod about 6 mm thick, and a step is made so that they do not overlap with the upper one. Thank you yes I meant the rod & mount on which it spins. I don’t use wood I use thick waste cardboard for my art but I’d love to add some movement to it, fidget spinners are the perfect way to get cheap bearings.

You're going to try making it out of cardboard! That sounds interesting. Did you understand the mechanism of the axis from my explanation?

I did yes thank you. I could use a chop stick & a tube bed as a separator, I’m thinking maybe even using an old clock mechanism too. I use cardboard as it’s easier to cut & generally free! I like free, especially for art works that need precision. I use geometrics a lot in my art work so easy enough to draw. Thank you so much! I’m U.K.! So wonderful to chat to other artists, your work is so graceful & so much care has been put into your work. Proper craftmanship, which I enjoy seeing a lot.

Hi, I see that you are not sure whether to choose GR700 or SCR100W. They are different in price, size, and weight. If you are a beginner, I think GR700 is easier to get your hands on.
