No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream
No-churn ice cream is so easy and fun to make. This no-churn vanilla ice cream is the base recipe, perfect for ice cream sandwiches or to add sprinkles, cookies, chocolate, coffee, fruit or candy. I used it in ice cream cookie sandwiches that I made with sprinkle cookies.

@@stephaniesdish Here is the zucchini cookie recipe that I have: Zucchini Cookies 1/2 cup shortening 1 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini 2 1/2 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 cup raisins and/or nuts, optional Cream together shortening and brown sugar; add eggs, beat thoroughly. Mix in vanilla and zucchini. Sift together dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts if desired. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet. (I don’t grease my cookie sheet as I use those airbake cookie sheets and never have a problem with anything sticking on them, but you can certainly grease it if you like.) Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool. I usually make a powdered sugar glaze to put top of the cookies, drizzling it over the top of each one.
