    It's highly questionable for one parent's therapist to be opining on the other parent's relationship with their children. I would say that is unprofessional.

    Quite strange informational video. You have to wait at 30 - 40 seconds to figure what allowing phone calls is for.

    Therapists can make recommendations to the court, but ultimately have to follow laws, including court orders.

    Many can benefit from both a trust and a will. Be sure to find a reputable attorney who specializes in estate planning, don't trust a generalist with complicated situations, or you might end up needing a huge probate bond!

    Hey Mr. King, I just joined your clientele team and I work out of Chesterfield County, Cheraw, South Carolina. My lawyer is Rusty and he has been just great so far. I just wanted to reach out to you and tell you how much I appreciate your spirit and this video and many others you made. I currently work in New York City and am trying to slowly make the transition down to there. I want to establish a buy & rent real estate business in my area down there, but I am very green to the legalities of the county compared to what they call the "Sticks". I have a real passion for real estate, I want to help my families that are already live & work down there, but I want to do it all the right way. Like Stephan Covey says, with my end goal in mind, I want to provide one-family rental properties to mostly section-8/public assisted families in a way whereas each property eventually stands alone as an entity (Inc./LLC), but is governed by something like an umbrella corporation. I then want to provide internships to educate the local community first through vocational schooling, then teaching them the different faucets of doing this type of business. Let's just call it my way of giving back. I feel in the coming years, more families (if not pushed out through evictions), are going to want to move as far away from population-dense cities and into suburban towns such as Cheraw. I hope that your firm can really help me discover this dream by growing a ongoing relationship with these goals in mind. Thank you kindly for your time.

    Child support is a voluntarily system only. The courts lie to you. Look at child support papers and it states you did so voluntarily. I didn't, it just justifies the lies they put on you

    There was a landmark case where it was admitted that these funds are not for the custodial parent and not for the child. It’s for the agency to recoup expenses for people and children on welfare. These lawyers are lying to you. Find out for yourself. Do research.

    The constitution also states that there will be no bill of attainder put in place ever. That’s why it can’t be positive law. The state of NC and all of its counties lie to you about this. They get 3 dollars for every dollar you pay in. Then get a big bonus based on their ability to collect. The judge and the assistant district attorney are illegally having this hearing because they both benefit directly from these funds.

  • @davidrobertson4538
    @davidrobertson4538 5 років тому

    None of these laws are positive law. Since you are a bar member and are a officer of the court you simply can’t be trusted. The. Court itself is illegal. The “ CSE attorney” is actually an assistant District attorney which violates the separation of powers doctrine. The judge is not a judge in this hearing he is in a ministerial state and not a judge. The CSE office rents that court room to make it look like a legal court. Challenge jusridition and subject matter jurisdiction. They also violate their own process of not having an indecency hearing to see if you can actually afford what they are charging. It violates the separation of powers doctrine. Stop lying to these people. It’s an adjudicated fact that no duprocess = no title 4 case. That is the federal law. Now tell these people the truth on adjudicated fact. Will you challenge jurisdiction for your clients? No you won’t because you are a bar member with the judge.

    If you are an NC State BAR member then you are bound to honor the NC State Constitution, which states under Article I, Section 17 Slavery and involuntary servitude, that "slavery is forever prohibited". Plus, forcing a free man who has committed no crime into slavery, not only makes you the BAR member an enemy of the state by working to undermine Constitutional protections and the Sovereignty of the People but also make you the BAR member a federal criminal for engaging in a conspiracy against rights (violation of USC 18, Sec. 241) and when a poor victim of your evil is subjugated into such a condition then that constitutes a charge of Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (violation of USC 18, Sec. 242). According to the US Supreme Court CSEPs exist primarily as another form of revenue collection for the state and Child support services are "not a Federal right" which means that men, and some women are enslaved through fraudulent pseudo-government agencies (private contractors) that exist to line their own pockets and those claiming to be in the legal industry. It is an evil system and many men have committed suicide from the undue burdens placed upon them. These programs are pure evil and act to separate men from their rights. You do not have the right to go after you ex's private information. That is a 4th Amendment violation and I would elaborate on other Federal violations, but I would rather let an Administrative Law Judge explain it to criminal lawyers that need to be removed from the system. But, I will also add that the NC State Constitution does prohibit "Debtor's prisons", yet how many thousand men loose their jobs and freedom to being jailed for non-payment or being unable to pay? If you are perpetuating this evil system then you are what is wrong with this world and you need to reexamine your life and values.

    child support which was deemed un-constitutional in (STATE OF MINNESOTA IN COURT OF APPEALS C7-97-926 C8-97-1132 C7-97-1512 C8-98-33, Filed June 12, 1998). The decision was up held in the Supreme Court. (STATE OF MINNESOTA IN SUPREME COURT C7-97-926 C8-97-1132 C9-98-33 C7-97-1512,) Filed: January 28, 1999. This alone constitutes that no jurisdiction could exist. Because child support was found to be lacking, any provision for the separation of powers act in the US Constitution in both the Federal and the state law. The following rulings state this applies to the instant case. Mills v. Duryee, 1t1 U.S. (7 Cranch) 481 (1813), the United States Supreme Court ruled that the merits of a case, as settled by courts of one state, must be recognized by the courts of other states; state courts may not reopen cases which have been conclusively decided by the courts of another state. Later, Chief Justice John Marshall suggested that the judgment of one state court must be recognized by other states' courts as final. Also Ableman v. Booth 62 U.S. 506 where the higher court stated the lower courts were bound by all federal court rulings. As well Howlett V. Rose, 496 U.S. 356 (1990) Federal Law and Supreme Court cases apply to State court cases. (Cooper v. Aaron, 358 U.S. 1) (1958)--States are bound by United States Supreme Court Case decisions.
