A little mechanical noise on the high end but it's moving and sounds clean otherwise. I was just looking at these, there all made by hand and made to order that's pretty impressive for a sub that isn't like a AB godzilla , massive neo or other ridiculous subs out there lol. If you have an already I definitely like to see what it can do in an enclosure. Thanks

I have a pair of these in a 1.9 cu ft.net enclosure @ 35hz and it POUNDS. Goes lower than the loaded SDR 12 enclosure!

Incorrect, SDR has bigger surround and do not have glossy cones/dust caps. Plus the SDR’s suck ass for the $ and the IX’s do not
I have one of these running 1600watts along with 2 800watt Skar 10inches in a single cab Chevy. The 10s don’t perform to well but this 15 was the best money spent well recommended. I would run it at 2 omhs it seems to like it more and perform better.

@@markcordero7341 I got it in D2 and I got w Rockville db14 amp
@@ryze_tox9414 that amp is not enough for the sub. U got a d2 so u can only with it to 4ohm - see wiring diagrams on crutchfield. Best to change the amp that’s 1ohm capable/1000rms so u can wire the sub to 1ohm.

Just got this sub in yesterday going to hook them up this morning ! I have it bridged , any advice for how I should run it ? I’m using a Quantum Audio 2000 for the amp , will I overpower it having my amp running maxed out but with my bass knob cranked down low ? Or will I be good if I’m not pushing it to the max , I don’t plan on cranking my bass knob all the way up , I’m just not sure how that works with a single sub . I had 2 10s & 2 12s running off the 2000 before now

I got an IX-8 4ohm dual voice coil, and it sounds great but with my 100wpc amp connected to both voice coils I can bottom it out very easily. I think I need a box to solve this problem

I got 4 of em two in each car ATM. Both in 1.36 cubic foot ground shakers @37hz both on skar RP1500.1DMs they get ridiculously loud

I have 2 of these as well and am planing on making a box for them. How much are space would I need for 2 in a ported box. And is my JL audio 500 at 2 ohms to much for 2 of these
Hey The box I made is 1.5ft3 net. 1-1.5 will work. Ur amp will be fine for these at 2ohm.
