He is misappropriation of scripture to rob God's people. The verse in luke was the old testament because Jesus had not yet died and He never told them to tide money because money cannot be tithed it can only be given as a offering. He use the story of david as a tool to give fear and guilt and then smooth talks to get the naive to trust him while he lies about tithing money. These motivational speakers masquerading as pastors should be ashamed of themselves.

Hello! Hope all is well. I’ve been ready to take my next step with Jesus and get baptized. Reading different verses and praying for clarification. I notice that when speaking of baptism, Acts 2:38 has not been mentioned. There is a confusion there for me, considering this is Peter speaking to the Jews telling them to “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” (KJV) In Matthew 28:19 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” (KJV) Jesus speaking to the disciples. In Matthew 16:18-19 “And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 1 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (KJV) Jesus gives Peter Authority. We say that God+Jesus+Holy Spirit is ONE. When Jesus said, go and make nations and baptized him in the name of the father son and Holy Ghost, I realize that those weren’t names but titles and all those titles equal to one name, which is Jesus Christ. Acts 8:16 “(for as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) " Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.” Acts 10:34-48 48” And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.” Acts 19:2-6 “he said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. 3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.” Act 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” We are told to do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus and is baptism not one of those things? Knowing that everything in the Bible is concrete and correct. When Peter told us to be baptized in a name of Jesus Christ, given that God gave him authority is that not the way and the correct way that we should be baptized? Being at the father son and Holy Ghost are just titles and the one name that equals to all three is Jesus Christ. I hope to hear from you soon thank you.
