The problem could probably come from your septic tank leakage. Seal off your "Well" or should i say, take it down, and don't use it for good. It is not safe to use waterwell nowadays because ground water is contaminated already with bateria that is harmful to your health. I can see and guess that your area doesn't have water lines from water district. There's lots of subdivision around in your area and using ground water to drink is not advisable.

So sorry to hear about your water issue. I haven't been in the Philippines yet, coming there in November, and have been told about the water issue there. I've been concerned about the fact you shouldn't drink the water, but it's ok to cook with it and shower. Wondering if the condos are the same or is the water for the showers filtered enough to use.
