Thank you so much for your tutorial. I just have a question; how can I combine retinol with Gua Sha? Usually in the evening after cleansing I use serum, retinol and last moisturizer. Could I use Gua Sha after my skincare? Usually I don't use oil as I have combinationskin and get breakouts from oil
Hi! Retinol it's not recommended for massage/gua sha 'cause it can cause irritation on the skin. Jojoba usually it's a good oil for oily skin, but you can also do gua sha before with an oil, then wash your face and do the skincare, or do gua sha in the daytime!
It's better to use a more gentle oil or cream :)
