My friend shared with me your channel! And this was a very great informational video you did in peptides. Thank you! It was very helpful as I’m new learning about peptides. I’ve been taking beef organs for their benefits for two years & i started eating more meat in the last 3 years and I’ve noticed my eyesight is more sharp and I’ve not had a change in prescription in 6-7 years. My next is step is looking to peptides for reduction in inflammation. I am also working with a health practitioner to heal areas affected from years of eating processed fast foods.

Nat, this episode was informative and valuable for me at the age of 79❣I currently measure my sleep with Fitbit and Lookee trackers and consume a HFLC diet.
I was told that if I eat carbs, it's better to eat them with fat because fat slows the digestion and absorption of carbs. This helps prevent spikes in blood sugar.
Another great video! For bioregulators, you mentioned that a 30 day protocol. Should people take a 30 day break and repeat? I also heard somewhere to do 10 days a month and repeat every month or cycle with other bioregulators.
When people want to take both BPC157 and Thymosin Beta 4 at the same time, can these be combined in the same syringe to reduce the number of needle sticks? I have both Infrared and Classic Finish Saunas. I prefer the Classic for several reasons. All the health benefits in studies use Classic (I notice you did not include links to any studies on Infrared). The infrared, to me, just does not get hot enough, and I am concerned about prolonged use sitting right on top of the heating elements (Could be long term cancer risk even if tested to be "Low EMF") Finish just seems more natural, especially if it is using a wood stove. There is way too much marketing nonsense on the infrared saunas. For example, the near infrared light emitters are not as effective as you think because when your body sweats, the water on your skin will absorb most of the near infrared light. Much better to do red light treatment with a dedicated panel outside of the sauna to get the benefits. Lastly, there is an added benefit to the Classic Finish sauna when you put water on the rocks, it really takes the experience to the next level. All that being said, I have enjoyed my Infrared sauna for years before getting a classic, and if it is the best option for someone, it is still good to get some of the benefits.

I would like to hear more about weight regulation as connected to sauna, and more on skin please.
@@vivamertlich5069 so weight regulation is an indirect benefit - sauna will not make up for poor diet and lifestyle. Having said that, reduction of inflammation, release of toxins ins and upregulation of hormones ( growth hormone ) improved insulin sensitivity - all can help to facilitate weight loss. For skin we know that Red Light/Photobiomodulation is great to stimulate collagen production plus detoxification through sweat is also great for skin.
I like what I hear in this video,. Especially the very individualized approach that recognizes each brain is unique and in need of it's own settings for training. We are also clearly seeing that the brainstem holds the organization of a lot more of our over all arousal makeup, and and overall nervous system organization than has been understood. I work in the area of neurofeedback, including low herz or subhertz as 2 of it different names. I also work with DBR, Deep Brain Reorienting, developed by Dr Frank Corrigan. In DBR,, which has growing brain science behind it and is being researched by Dr Ruth Lanius in her lab in London Ontario, the brain stem holds the shock of any threats to the nervous system that we incur. And until these shock imprints are released, continue to organize the defenses of the nervous system. This shock know in DBR as attachment shock, as we humans find our safety through our social connections, registers below the level of though, sensation or emotion in nano-seconds before we are conscioysly aware that shock has occurred. These shocks directly relate to the stress levels that people are under being discussed her. And these shock are implicated in makes restorative sleep more difficult or elusive. This imprint shock It is an incredibly fast neurological imprint and seems to underlies what we think of as ego, or the more cognitive belief systems that we identify with. As these shocks resolve the ego seems to become quite flexible and permeable to new organization. And the physical and emotional systems are freed up. I think this sleep technology, working as it does in the brain stem in low frequencies, may also be helping to remediate these deep shock imprints that the system holds. Thank you for this conversation and the opportunity to share my thougths. It's lovely to know that technologies are are meeting each other at these deeper levels or our neurvous system. I
