I Wonder what Harbeth, Spendor offer reviewers. They are no match to ATC that's a steal in terms of price compare to the other two. For the sake of God, be honests

It makes no sense comparing ATC with Harbeth that gets more publicity from reviewers. There is no contest. ATC is just in another level

Sound quality = world class level Aesthetics = thrift store level

I personally prefer the Shl5 over the 5+ like a little bit of magic was removed. But hay you cant go wrong with any of the Harbeth range really.

So nicely the sound comes to ears . But something is missing to be the perfect sound. I think low bass , low frequencys down to 60Hz. Where are they?

I think if the speaker boxes were stuffed more with some wool and packed in a little...the echo sound would go away and give the overall sound a much better clean tight sound!

Harbeth speakers would prefer to have at least 1m distance to side walls.

need acoustic treatment of the walls, corners, room. too much echo, reverberation...... tonality loses accuracy

I prefer the ATC. More natural, a bit more accurate in the mids and less sluggish, more delicate and sweet in the treble. More precise AND musical. And they can rock, Harbeth not.

Excellent song and music choice! I will be looking at a set of these and a set of Tannoy mani 2signatures on Saturday. My amp is a Bryston 4B SST pro. Do you think 350 watts per channel is too much power to run the Harbeth? Sounds amazing, thanks for posting!
